2:23:00 Flim Flam was actually a sidekick from "The 13 ghosts of Scooby Doo" a 13 episode series from late 1985, which pitted Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne and Scrappy against actual supernatural entitites, aided by Flim Flam and Vincent Van Ghoul, who was a warlock, not an actor, Flim Flam was nearly as unpopular as Scrappy, explaining the nod here.
OMG! Thank you for this insight! I'm definitely going to have to take a look at that show now because that sounds completely unhinged! It's so cool to see the knowledge the creators of the show had of past Scooby doo media, they really did care for the franchise. (also thank you for watching so far into the video 🤎)
this video is so well documented and so well thought through. i was suprised to see you are such a small channel. i love scooby doo so damn much, i rewatched Mystery Inc at least 4 or 5 times but i never got bored during this video. you did a great job editing, explaining, and analyzing the plot so far. cant wait to see season 2 !!
That genuinely mean so much! Thank you for your support and kind words! Comments like these make me so excited to start the working on the season two video!
scooby doo has been one of my favorite things since I was a kid. I really think this is the series that best represents the franchise, the perfect combination of funny and serious. I hope in the future we get another show like this, but unfortunately Velma is still going strong so we most likely won’t for a while. This video is amazing!
Thank you so much! I really agree with everything you said! I love this show so much and hope and wish they do something like it again, maybe even for an adult audience. Velma had so much potential but they really fumbled the bag with it, such a shame.
Wait, since when is Mystery Inc. an underrated show? It's widely regarded as one of the best Scooby-Doo media ever. I understand that it might be a bit less popular among non-scoob fans, but I would say there are WAY more underrated shows even about Scooby. Like "Be cool Scooby-Doo", which almost noone watched due to its artstyle, or "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo get a clue"
@@TheRubyCoin another thing is that Mystery Inc is VERY popular here, Scooby franchise in general is but this specific show still goes on national tv every morning since it's release
@@lllsss5585 wait really!?!? That's so cool! I had never really had anyway to see it's influence outside of my own life as an American. I think it's so cool that this show is loved everywhere! It goes to show this series quality and Impact! thanks so much for sharing!
@@TheRubyCoin sure! Is also a cool fun fact that the first live action is ICONIC here, not sure if it's as popular out there but here it is part of EVERYONE life! No joke, it's one of those movies that not only you watch but also parents, grandparents, little cousins and those who have kids show them too
you know i kind of wish the franchise would focus more on real supernatural instead of people in masks or have a balance between so we never know what were getting and also i kind of gave up on this series when it first started because of the fact they kept getting the people in the constumes wrong it just didn't look that interesting but i was wrong and i can admit to that
