This was amazing and so very entertaining. You should definitely do more. I feel like you guys should definitely add a hand swap or a burn per monster in the grave rule as well. It would help add a bit of fear to the game. That or just throw in the evenly matched effect lol

I've actually played this game for a few months and I have to honestly say it's one of the best mobile TCGs I've played. It's very friendly for free to play players, and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg to make a competitive deck. The game also gives out a lot of free things, like card packs, sleeves, and sometimes even cards to celebrate certain events. In fact, you can currently get 1 free legendary card PER DAY because of the 1st Anniversary event that's going on.
I was gonna rant about it, but since the "LP equalizer" happens 2 more times afterwards the difference went from 600 LP into something around 150 (?) and it wouldn't make any significance. hahahah.
Is it weird that this is the most fun that I have had seeing a yugioh game in a couple of years? I believe the game kind of went off the rails when everything becomes a negation instead of a disruption
This was great to watch! Something a bit similar I’d like to see is Boss Duels. If you guys can get some oricas of the cards online I think it would be really fun to watch. There’s more info on the wiki about Boss Duels, but in essence: A Boss Duel is a 1 vs 3 duel where the Boss uses an 8 card deck based off of an anime villain with a few anime rules thrown in. There’s not much content on RU-vid with them so I’d love to see y’all give it a go
U is one of the best yugitubers the way u do your battles my favorite videos r the ones when u choose random mini decks or battle using structures it’s so amazing no one could do it as good as you
I’m honestly surprised no one has made an app like that now. Super cool someone in the community is taking the time to develop it. I hope you guys do more of these! Something I just thought, I know it goes against the idea of the decks, but what about giving them a few minutes(5-10ish) to upgrade the decks? Maybe do like in some of the past ones where they get a random box of cards that’s you guys have. I’m assuming you guys haven’t sorted all your giant boxes of cards haha.
Why not do a virtual duel with a winner out of the first sixty player to put a monster face down over a card each of you choose the one higher get to verse each other
I know it’s been two years since this video released but I’m still convinced Alex made some kind of deal with the Archfiends to always open with Palaboreth.
That Warrior deck used by Trell looked very similar to one that my siblings prepped for me a few years back; so glad to see a brilliant Warrior deck, considering it was an eBay deck. Also, that Archfiend deck in Alex's hands was lit - loved the reactions with spamming that Field Spell Palabyrinth! Alex: "Destroy. . . .But. . .guess who's got another Palabyrinth!" Trell: "I AM SO DONE WITH YOU!! I AM SO DONE....!" Love those reactions!
if you really wanted to get crazy, you could add a ‘fiber jar’ rule; or just weird stuff like a rule where the players swap seats but still have to play their own decks; OP rules like ‘add 1 card from your deck to your hand’; swap extra decks; banish half your deck face down
I can think of a few rules. 1. halve all monsters atk on the field for 1 turn. 2. negate all traps for 1 turn. (I only heard spell cards) 3. change battle positions of all monsters. Can't be changed back until next turn. 4. Special Summoning is not allowed for 1 turn. I'm sure there are plenty of ideas that can be implemented to make the duels more exciting but these were all that I can come up with for now.
This is exactly what I've been waiting for. Can't wait to get the finished app and give it a go with my crew. Potential Rules: 1.)Player with the fewest cards in hand gains 1000LP/ Player with the most cards in hand loses 1000LP 2.) All back row cards with the letter "E" are negated until end phase. 3.) A couple rules that last multiple rounds like Swords of Revealing Light. 4.) Rules that target individual summon mechanics. I.e. Synchro material monters don't have to match the synchro monsters level for a successful summon.
Alex playing archfiends ended up being disadvantage because he had more effects on his turn and in general, the negatives hit the turn player a lot harder, and there were a lot more negatives. A good balance of negatives, positives, and effects that are more neutral/they can be positive or negative, like the P rule
In duel links ,the turbo duel effects (also 'outside of the game' effects) are also not counted for monster effects and such so not counting it here was probably the correct call

Honestly, for any rules for the Pegasus Challenge you could just pick random cards on the limited & banned list, take their effects, tweak them a bit, and you're golden. Like "Both players roll a 6-sided die. The player with the higer roll can banish up to 1 card each from their opponent's hand, field, and GY. (The card in the hand is chosen at random.)"
That was a pretty good idea! I enjoyed it soo much! :D It was like in the anime, like Pegasus was doing his made up rules during his tournament. Maybe I'd have added to the app that: no normal summens this turn, or you can double normal summon this turn but you have to have another rule right away. Or you can only attack your own monsters this turn. Maybe there could be some random field spells active for one turn or continuous spells or traps.
Some rules that would be good. -Both send the top deck to grave -Both players gain LP. -Both players special 1 from grave/hand. -Both players target 1 card on the field, shuffle it into the deck -Both players must pay 500 LPto normal, special, set, or activate cards this turn -All monster effects on the field are negated this turn -Each time a player special summons, the opposing player can draw one card Basically take some cards that already exist and convert them into effects that affect both players.
