Shortly after a massive hurricane, our local taco bell had a whole list of missing ingredients and were actually relieved when we joked about how we could only order a salad, considering they had no beef, cheese, tomatoes, tortillas or anything. Now I can kind of see why they were relieved lol.

the lot of you should've just walked out of there after placing a sign saying "sorry, we ran out of beef, and the customers AND manager were d!cks. unionization now!" no one deserves to go through that kind of abuse, REGARDLESS of age, sex, color, etc. it's unacceptable.

I'm so sorryz that you had to deal with grade A asshats who gotz an F in people skills and have only one fuctioning braincell that sadly isn't for common sense ... if that braincell was for common sense then they would know that running out of any ingredient be it the beef, chicken, or whatever else isn't your fault

I used to work for yelp and part of my job was to look at the reviews left in my area and encourage or help people so they would continue leaving reviews on yelp. The amount of time I spent helping elderly people navigate the app and reporting their 1 star reviews that all said they had never been there was SO much that I eventually left. It took up at least 10 of my 20 hours a week just keeping those reviews out of circulation so they didn't affect people's ratings. Exhausting

I'm a current employee of a Walmart. I'm new there, and since it's in a suburb and I live in the actual city, the first time I walked into the store was for my first day. It feels like walking into a portal to 2010 every time I show up for work. All of the new loss protection stuff you see in normal Walmarts aren't there. at least for now, anyways. I got hired as a temp associate to do remodels, so for all I know, I'll come back in two months talking about how we installed or set up all of that. All that said, I am liking the job so far. I'm pretty sure we're just rearranging mods anyway

@@masterofyugioh1000 some stores have a limited stock they either bake or order for the entire day, So if one person buys all of them, then they cant get any sales the rest of day and lose out on more money.

Truth. I used to work at a big box retail chain. I spent over an hour with one customer, helping him pick out all the lawn equipment he'd need for is new home. He was very pleasant to work with. I even sold him all the accessories and extended warranties management always pushed. He filled out the survey and wrote a glowing review of me and the store. He didn't say one negative thing. He rated his experience 9/10, which in the real world would be a pretty great rating. In our store, anything other than a perfect 10/10 was a fail, which is so unrealistic and stupid. My manager sat me down to ask what I could've done differently to make the customer happy. Considering how happy the customer already seemed, I couldn't think of anything else I should've done. My manager actually called the customer to ask how I could've done better. The customer was confused, saying he thought he wrote a good review and I had done an excellent job, he was just always hesitant to say anything was absolutely perfect, thus the 9/10. He was so off-put by a manager interrogating him about his positive review (very understandable; I would've been too), he complained to corporate! Not very well calculated on my managers part. The cherry on top? After all that, he still wrote me up for the customer's review.
