You have improved a lot. Still you need to prime it. You can buy a primer Citadel in a rattle can. You just spray your model in a color of your choice (most common is black). It will make your minis more resistant from the paint being scraped off the model. Other than that, you have improved cause I couldn't see mold lines in this one and the paint job looks smoother/thinner. Good job!
Thank you for noticing the improvements! Believe it or not I did prime it before i started painting, but a few areas got missed but they were mostly hidden spots or underneath the model.
@@worksofwonders maybe because of the light in the video I couldn't see. Also prime in a color that you are mostly going to paint your model with (for ultramarines prime them blue) makes it to paint so much faster.
Contrast paints are a great tool, but when you're using them try not to hit the same spot with the brush more than once while it's wet. The contrast paint shows brush strokes, so hit an area once and then move on, come back when its dry to kinda lower the visibility of rhe strokes. I hope that made sense, its hard to word. Psychophage is looking mighty scary!
@@worksofwonders from what I could see you handled them fine, it was a lesson I had to learn the hard way with a lot of Ork Boyz 🤣 you mentioned you hadn't used the contrast paints before so I just wanted to give a lil tip!
