This RPG was going to change gaming, but it actually killed the franchise due to how hard it flopped. Xbox was forced to close the studio who developed it. However in 2023, the franchise is back! Fable 3 in 2023

Fable 3 was hated by many fans. Is it really that bad and worse than I remember or were people too harsh about the game? With the return of Fable it was interesting going back to see if my opinion has changed. This was ultimately the RPG was going to change gaming, but it actually killed the franchise.

Fable 3 was a great game for me as it was my first experience with fable, replayed it a bunch of times and got all the endings, became stupidly wealthy etc but I have to admit when I finally got round to playing fable 2 it's just an astonishing difference, the story has so many different elements to it that it makes 3 look like a ln indie game by comparison

I play all 3 Fable games in order back to back at least once a year. I never understood the hate for this game. Gameplay wise II was the best one, but III introduced very unique story features that ive otherwise never seen imitated. Becoming King/Queen being only half the game then having to actually rule was super cool.

Only played Fable 3, but I made one mistake. Buying house property. Why? Because I found out with houses you have to upkeep them, but not with shops. 😈😈😈

Back in the day my friend figured out if you bought the house and rented it then changed your Xbox date and time to a year in the future when you fired up the game again you are rich. 😂
