About the first clip: It's actually not that rare. I had that happen to me multiple times already. Basically if the body of a dead person with a gun (be it a enemy or a friend) is still moving (for example dropping to the ground after dying) there is a chance that the trigger still gets pulled. The more rare part about this is that you get killed by that stray shot, which mostly happens when you for example play OHKO (ask DarkViperAU, he had this happen to him a few times) or if you're on low health.

bro you'll never believe what happened during my cayo perico heist. i have got awful internet, i never knew it can help. i started the heist and it lagged out. i thought my internet went away. instead no npc spawned in. i ran where normally the 2 people are. they spawned in. i ran off they didn't see me got the gate keys got safe. got ruby necklace. when i went out of the compound same thing happened but spawn in as i approached the first guy on the bike. completed it after with cocaine from airport in under 9:00min. never knew bad internet can help you. it never does. i couldn't thing to clip it as i used it as advantage for elite challenge. hopefully you believe me but i just wanted to share this.

#21 must be Xbox one. I play on Xbox one and it happens often but I play with it and keep accelerating. I try keep it between the light poles on the side of the road, try to avoid the cars until I crash then it all renders in. You don’t even have to be going super fast.
@5:00 thats ps4 now. I havent been able to drive a vehicle since they updated for the PS5 without the rendering issues and the game freezing for upwards of 10 seconds at a time.
Number 21 happens all the time on old gen now, especially if you have bad wifi. It makes driving impossible and has only started happening since the last update for me

If you play on ps4 (idk about Xbox 1) the road to the docks has been buggy like that ever since the cayo perico update. It may have gotten worse for the criminal enterprises dlc but idk cuz I go down there a lot more to export mixed goods and assign warehouse staff.
Xbone was way worse for me to the point of bring unplayable. I had one of the first models and no tall buildings would render while using the mk2. Bought a series x last weekend it p*ssed me off that much. Everything runs a wee bit better now.
Should make a new dlc wher you rob madrazo's house and then it becomes yours. With now being able do invite only wont have loads people trying to go into one house like it would be on a normal session.
