Geoduck is pronounced “goo ey duck” it is actually very good and is basically a giant clam. It is a little sweeter but one of my favorite foods. It is usually used as a substitute for clams in clam chowder. (I live in Washington) you can get your own around Long Beach Washington

I have never met another person who have eaten a sheep’s head. In Norway we eat lamb ribs or just regular ribs around Christmas. Some people even eat fish around christmas

I know plenty of people who enjoy "smalahove" (Sheeps head). It is a traditional western Norwegian dish. The eye is a delicacy. It comes from when Norway was a poor country. Usually eaten before christmas. Not something i enjoy myself, but it is said to taste like the Norwegian "pinnekjøtt", another christmas dish (sheeps ribs dried, salted, and sometimes smoked)

I'm from the Philippines and never liked balut even though everyone else in my neighbourhood likes it. It's literally just a boiled egg but with a bird inside instead of a yolk. Although I like "dinugoan" which has pork/chicken blood mixed in. Dunno if it's weird for you.
