I remembered watching this show on television. And for both this person and her puppet friend, I would recommend the movie with both cats and dogs Lady and the Tramp.
Wow, Shari looks a lot different here without her short curly hair. I used to watch the “Mouse Factory” on TV in Australia during the 1980s (when I was a kid), as they repeated the episodes in the 80s. I do not recall seeing this episode though. However, I do remember seeing episodes with people such as John Astin (“Gomez” from The Addams Family), Joanne Worley and Kurt Russel - to name just a few.
I used to watch a Saturday morning show she hosted, and I also remember being able to call a phone number and hear her do a one minute bit with Lamb Chop and Hush Puppy (not related to the show, and I don't think it was a long running thing). I didn't realize what a terrific ventriloquist she was!
FUN FACT:The back and forth between Shari and Hush Puppy in the beginning was reused years later on Lamb chop's Play Along me personally this is funnier

Kitty! I was watching "Lamb Chop's Play Along" on RU-vid, and my sister mentioned this clip. Of course, she only mentioned it because it had a kitten in it. Is the full episode up somewhere by any chance? No, I'm not asking you to post it (I read some of the comments, and I realize you don't take requests, and I am going to honor your decision).
I noticed a "Directed by Hamilton Luske" credit before being cut off on the tape source at the very beginning...I assume that was from a Wonderful World of Disney episode?
CDCB2 However portions from that episode are used on the Mini Classic VHS - it's just the title segment, so it's edited to seem similar to how it was presented in "Fun and Fancy Free", other than the fact that Jiminy Cricket narrates the segment while an off screen chorus sings two of the songs (in the original - as you may know - Dinah Shore narrated and sang while Jiminy's role was primarily limited to the bookends). Also it is my understanding that there were two other cartoons, "Figaro and Cleo" and "Chicken Little", but I'm not sure if they were preserved in reairings.
