Agreed, the writing was absolutely brilliant. there are other shows i love almost as much as this one but none of them can compare to the number of brilliant jokes, fantastic dialogue & perfectly tied-together storytelling narrative of 30 Rock

OMG, How did I not know as a tennis fan AND a 30 Rock fan that they made fun of Faith Hill's Monday Night Football intro song by doing a US Open-esque country tennis song by Jenna?!?! Literally, Tina's eye for cultural absurdity is amazing. She somehow captures the most subdued and yet bizarre aspects of media, celebrity, and pop culture to parody.

Such a funny lady. She was an interesting match for Harry the alien on 3rd Rock from the Sun. It's very sad that she became ill and then died at 57 but we have her body of work to enjoy. I wish YT had that sweet "Love is a Dream" short she made with Phil Hartman for SNL in 1988. It was re-aired on the third episode of its 40th season on October 11, 2014 in a tribute to Jan.

Jane Krakowski got her mail at the same place my Mother did in NYC. When I'd be in town visiting I'd get Ma's mail for her and a few times Jane was there. I never bothered her or said anything, but she is stunning in person and always seemed super nice.
