@@Goober762for nightfalls don’t rush in there. Stick with your team and be patient. Since your a low light, everything will hit harder. Learn how the champions function and use the weapons with a champion modifier this season to counter them. Take it nice and slow until your comfortable with what your doing. Never rush in headfirst and always stick with your team (pretty sure I said that part). Also remember the Nightfall changes each Tuesday Reset. Hope this helps and good luck :)

If you’re saving your exotic slot for something else but you still want something like the sun shot then just go and craft a zaoulis bane, it’s basically a legendary version of the sun shot anyway

You can use Thorn as well. The buff to HC’s makes Thorn shred through enemies.

There wasn't, dark below was 1st dlc a few months after d1 launch. Taken king dlc was the 1 year mark for d1 that added Taken.

If you’re a warlock, thorn might be a better idea if you main necrotics. It burns through majors even faster than sunshot and the poison spread has similar to better ad clear to the explosion chains.

Monte Carlo is my go to now the bayonet plus synthoceps and banner of war makes stupid one shot potential for damn near any champions and mini bosses and it chunky great besides I’m not a glory hog someone else can kill Crota Ive already done it solo I’ll just shoot the adds and keep them off of people and obviously not in D2 I got my bragging rights now I just don’t really care to me he’s already dead.

Sunshot may be good but there’s not really any great kinetic specials that do a ton of damage. Really kinda just deliverance/riptide.

No good kinetic specials that do good dps 💀 agg and rapid frame shottys with damage perks have some of the highest dps for legendary specials. Also slugs like heritage and fortissimo are still absolutely amazing and easily some of the highest dps specials (despite what datto wants people to believe). Then there is also supremacy with rewind kinetic tremors in rotations with other stuff or even something like succession which granted isn't that great but is not absolutely horrible either.
