Nick's overall physic is insane, He has my upmost respect that is for sure. As far as his arm routine... My arms are at a decent size, however I am at times looking for new ideas for my arm training. This video has given me new variables to work with.. Thank you Nick, for your knowledge.
I cant believe how stupid bodybuilding is today.. nothing healthy about it...because they lift weights its okay to take drugs by the boatload? It looks like overinflated balloons that could pop anytime,if people cared they would test and evaluate the contestants. This isn't a sport lets be honest.
I love how a lot of videos place so much emphasis on training to get BIG muscles. While there is a lot of truth to this, training provides stress on the fibers; it’s the proper diet and recovery that really promotes growth. When I was young so many of the magazines made it seem that one simply had to train heavy to get BIG… so that’s what I did. While in part it helped, but it wasn’t until I really started to focus on my diet and recovery. That’s when I really started to make gains. I use to think one had to train all the time to get BIG. But just as with many things in life, sometimes less is more! 💪🏻😉 Happy lifting 😊
When I was younger I worked out and I was in good shape but not real big. Some guys were huge from steroids. But these guys all died by 40 or 50. I'm still working out good at 70. So. No need to be massive just try to look good and feel good. And live longer
@@mackfin8869 one thing about these steroid monsters is they have no stamina so they can't do any cardio work. They usually don't make past the age of 50.
Nobody’s even denying heavy drug use at this top elite level so stop being a troll and get a life. This bodybuilder has more consistent dedication, will power and determination than most individuals on the planet so when you can say that you are dedicated to your love of something at this level stop hating !
You are such a detective! This must be the first ever smartass comment about steroids on a pro bodybuilder's page. Why, without your comment, we'd have no clue except every pro bodybuilder dating all the way back to the 70s being wide fucking open about their drug use.
@@larrydavis8325 If you dont do steroids, lifting heavier weights, does help get bigger. For steroid users, lifting heavy weights is much less important.
I follow this technique, and I have built no gear, No TRT, No creatine, No PED's , 21 and 1/2 Natural arms cold at 6'. It does work, you just have to stay consistent for 25 years. No lay-offs.
The guy seems weak for his size. Using 35 pound dumbbells and struggling that's pretty lame. Myself use 60 pound dumbbells with 15 rep sets. Probably could do 20 reps if I really pushed it. I weight 320 pounds. Always use a full range of motion on my lifts also, no weak partial rep crap. You got to really work all your muscle fibers to get bigger and stronger. This Nick guy is 90% drugs with 10% dumb training.
He isnt training for strengh tho, he is eating a bucket of gear to make sure he dies before he is 45 to feed his low self esteem for the few years he has left...@@TiredOfImbecileLibtards
@@TiredOfImbecileLibtardsLol first off, you don't curl 60 pound dbells for 15 CLEAN reps. Stop kiddin yourself. Second, this is bodybuilding, not "look at how much I can lift". And third, the dumbest thing you can do for you elbows is swing 60 pound dumbbells. Heavy is for bench, squat, and deadlift. Nobody cares about curls 😂.
Yeah I really like the guy and hope he wins a couple of olympias then down sizes. He won't make it long if he doesn't and hopefully he doesn't already have permanent damage. I knew a guy who was on the juice since he was a teenager. Got up to 300 pounds and stayed at that weight permanently. He was somewhat of an internet star and periodically I looked him up to see if there was an obituary and eventually sure enough he dropped dead from a heart attack at age 55 playing pool. I'm surprised he made it that long. Peds destroyed a kidney and he still stayed as big as he could and I think he got a transplant and went back to the game full throttle. Fucking insane but they just don't care. Being a deformed freak is what they live for
I'm amazed by how much muscle NIck Walker has put on that frame. But even for open division, he's just too blocky to ever win the Mr. O. Oddly enough, he would have been better off stopping several pounds back and trying to hone some aesthetics even as an open competitor.
@snakedriver isn't it sad that people in bodybuilding call it 'bigism' rather than 'body dysmorphia' as to not make it sound like the mental illness that it is. Rich Piana was so open about his mental illness, that he couldn't stop the drugs, that he couldn't stop trying to get bigger even though he admitted he didn't look good at his size at that point. He preached not getting into the drugs if you weren't going to be making money from your body because of what it did to him mentally. Yet even he wouldn't use the words 'mental illness' as he was describing himself.
Believe it or not , I’ve heard of a pastor(who I know personally ) cast a demon out of bodybuilder (steroid abuser I assume ) Not saying all steroid users agave demons. But possibly this spirit in him was driving him in a destructive and was slave to insecurity, unhappiness, etc , that he was set free from A lot of people wrap their whole identity and life into idolatrous things that can destroy them
I don't want to state the obvious but as BIG as he is should he be training on much heavier weight? I am natural and weigh 165 lbs and I do the entire weight stack in the gym for reps! And my arms barely break 16 inches pumped! Just saying.
He doesn't do this all day everyday, no bodybuilding does. Probably 1 hr each day, 5-6 days per week. And rest and relaxation are for those who don't have goals!
@@jayb8525 well I was being a bit facetious, but yes I have seen his videos where he speaks about spending hours on end per day in the gym training…the life of a body builder.
A true champion is the natural bodybuilder , my father was one , and myself . It's a shame the direction bodybuilding has taken. sending our new generation Narcisitic tendencies and drug addiction , Rowley bodybuilder just shared video of shoulder injury. Is off juice cycles Lost all muscle gains and looks like your average fat Joe = mental health issues . Spartan Greco-Roman
dude, in the top end of competition, you do realise they judge on more than JUST arms right ? Looks like you may've forgot chest day ... in every workout ... in the last 10 years mate. RIP Nick Walker 2032
I had big arms n tri,s I was only 12st 8 ,5ft 8 and my arms were 19 inch my neck too19 inch, I have a torn bicep now and no longer train , my tri,s really impressive I still have pics ,
There is no way you can look like that through exercise and nutrition alone, he must be taking huge amounts of unhealthy substances to get like that. It's good to do exercise, and it's good to be strong but that's an unrealistic image to have in your head.
