First way:
Just do the picking shuffle on the D and G strings
2th-5th-4th-2th-no fret (frets)
Second way:
Picking shuffle uses 7th of A and D strings, then 5th and 4th of D and G strings, then 7th of A and D then 5th of A and D.
Third way:
Picking shuffle uses 12th of high E and A strings and it is the same shape used on the second way.
The capo lies on the 5th fret to use the high E as the thumb marker.
