Antasena and Wisanggeni are two characters from traditional puppetry with extraordinary powers. They are considered invincible sons of the Pandavas. In the Javanese puppetry version, they are favorites due to the unique qualities of their characters.
On the other hand, Gatotkaca, the son of Bima, also possesses formidable strength and is capable of shaking his opponents. However, in the Javanese puppetry version, he is depicted as having a balanced adversary who nearly causes Gatotkaca's defeat before the Bharatayuda war. This opponent possesses a mysterious magical skill that can turn enemies into powder resembling flour.
This story reflects the spirit of heroism, loyalty, and resilience in facing difficult trials. Simultaneously, it has become one of the popular wayang performances that continues to be highly appreciated in Java until today.
