The Mystery of Mangle | FNaF Theory | Lore Bites Episode 2 

Couldn't agree more. The hanging Mangle teaser still creeps me out to this day, and I don't really think anyone or anything else could possess the Mangle. Great video, once again!

Something I forgot to mention is my thoughts on who the spirits of Save Them might possess if Mangle is already Susies dog. Basically the 5 would end up possessing Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Balloon Boy, and JJ. People often forget about the existence of JJ.

I don't Think Mangle is the dog. I feel like it's too complicated of an animatronic for a simple spirit to possess. Especially when you take into account the fact that it talks. The dog seems like such a minor occurrence it could be a possible big deal. What I think is possible is the dog being a part of Plushtrap. It has no voice, in all of it's appearances it plays a simple roll, and in Fazbear Frights there's one with organic teeth and eyes. Now the dog sprite with the missing eye could just be a coincidence especially considering Scott didn't plan anything and could,ve easily forgot to change a color to fill 1 pixel. The possibilities for red herrings are boundless and things that were put in the games sometimes have to be taken at face value

Linking this back to the FNAF World teaser only really makes sense if this was already Scott's intention from back then, which it probably wasn't, as there is no meaningful mention of any dead dog anywhere in anything prior to 6 and The Fourth Closet A dog having remnant/agony to begin with is a stretch (and not a small one at that), though not as much of a stretch as William taking a dog he ran over 2 years prior and using it to experiment in a random animatronic when he already has his own set of robots to do stuff with. The child in SAVE THEM being specifically right next to Mangle pretty much screams that it's the thing possessing her (Mangle already moving there is easily explained by the child simply being right next to her. We know bodies don't have to be fully stuffed to possess something, as seen with The Puppet). Mangle speaking in UCN further implies it, though that one admittedly is a little dodgy.

Mangles form kinda throws a wrench in this for me. Speaking of which, it's never sat right with me that Mangle is that way from "kids repeatedly taking it apart" how were they strong and smart enough to take apart and intricately manufactured human size robot with multiple dangerous parts made of metal?

the 1985 crimes in the book would be the mini game save then, "there are 6!" yes, but first there are 6 pools of blood, one is in the puppet box well hidden, and one is under the table and the body can be hidden there and which animatronic appears under the table?... jj, that is 6 murders and they have the 4 toy, the balloon boy and the jj and it may even be that the dog has the mangle but so it would be 2 souls (any spelling mistakes sorry because I'm Brazilian and I'm using google translator)

Remement and agony can be harvested from living and dead things and just ambient air so literally emotion from such entity it doesnt have to be human as for your thoughts on toy I believe the toys are possessed by the agony of the murder not souls and then are guided by charlie aka puppet

I’m pretty sure that the Mangle toy in Elizabeth’s room is there to show us that the Funtimes already existed in 1983. Because Fixed Mangle is called Funtime Foxy.

I was sceptical of this theory at first but when I thought of it I think I might agree with this

3:56 I heard a theory that there was another Foxy at Freddy JR's but due to the fact that the children keep assembling it into an abomination it got mixed in with Toy Funtime Foxy and became the Mangle explaining the extra head and the ambiguous gender

This is completely off topic to the video, but in the fnaf anime ucn cutscene we have the freddy (bear of vengance) and it feels like he's a parallel to the crying child because freddy says in that cutscene today was his birthday and also says that the toad always follows him every where he goes same with the fnaf 4 fredbear plushies scattered in different places: the flower patch, the sewers, the clock, etc. Foxy also in the scene could represent Michael because he states that he's going to attack him on his birthday and michael and his friends plan to prank him by shoving him in the mouth of fredbear and foxy is pretty much evil just like Michael back then when he was a teenager. I explained this really badly, but I've seen no one talk about this cutscene and wanted to call it out. I know this scene could also represent Henry and Williams relationship, but to me I don't see that.

I think Mangle is a mass of remnant and the dog is only one of the souls used to make it since I’m here to remind you that they have 2 different personalities the false optimistic and the pessimistic one

At first I laughed this theory off. But after watching this video it at least makes sense and I can see how this works. I still don’t believe it (it’s far to ridiculous for my taste) but I can understand people believing in it.

Suzie was one of the spirits in the original animatronics, not a toy. So unless he held onto that dog spirit for a long time before turning it into Mangle, this doesn't work.

or maybe its the agony of the murders and how about mangle may just be filled with agony but what about that her endo head is filled with agony and the mangle head is filled with remnant the second head being filled with agony and mangles being filled with remnant and maybe that explains why her (yes im saying her dont scream at me) voice sounds like a male and femeale its her and her endo head talking at the same time

I think I know why mangle kills the night guard upside down mangle/susie’s dog thinks that the night guard is a ball that the dog has to fetch and when we play as the night guard in fnaf two we are in some POV of a ball
