I think Dave is probably the neatest solution we’ve got, although not perfect. Something you did miss in the Hyper Droid video was the part where he goes over the tally marks and gives a fair answer to them. Basically they add up to the page number where the gravestone with “My Name,” is on. Keep in mind it’s also a RED gravestone meaning Mike drew the gravestone himself and not Cassidy. So the red tally marks leads to a red gravestone that starts the search for the name Cassidy. As for the responses I can see a way that keeps its logic. You’ve already explained the first 2 yourself so I’m not going over those 2. However the response “I can hear sounds,” is a legitimate response if CC can’t really make out what he’s hearing. So maybe CC is in a state where he cannot see, but he’s just lucid enough to make out sounds but not what they are. As for the “I’m scared,” response this is actually something important. So going back to Cassidy’s name search real quick the entire connecting piece of who Cassidy is comes from a drawing Mike made. The red gravestone is literally the thing that connects Cassidy to the Missing Child Incident, and without it we likely would’ve called CC Cassidy. So if Mike can provide a massive link for Cassidy, then why can’t he do something similar to CC. It’s important to note none of the questions (besides the purple phone one) has a drawing made by Mike, EXCEPT for the “Do you still dream,” question. That question has Mike specifically draw Nightmare Fredbear right next to the question. So it’s likely CC is responding to both the drawing and question, connecting them by saying “he’s too scared to dream or else the nightmares would haunt him.” However, because he’s barely lucid enough for anything all of his answers are simplified and he only says “I’m scared.”
Interesting Fact: most of Burntrap's model was also originally the unused Spring Bonnie model in FNAF Help Wanted. Which would have been the first time we would get a first time look of the Spring Bonnie animatronic in a FNAF game. If people are wondering, his beta model was found last year on a beta build of the Quest port of Help Wanted. They did accidentally leave his shadow on the Pizza Party game ending
honestly i like the fact that molten freddy is basically "the bad ending" and yet making the good ending also canon, but a detail that everyone glosses over in the good ending its 1 thing the spirits arent the masks, those are the animatronics, the spirits are the balloons. freddy, bonnie, chica, foxy anf g.freddy's animatronics gets dismantled and also go "free" after william gets springlocked (thats when the masks fall down in the happiest day minigame), and then the puppet dies in fnaf 6 (basically when all the masks are now on the floor happiest day minigame) with molten (basically the rest of the spirits souls) and now they are all freed (the spirits of the mci kids and the puppet are fully set free like the balloons in the happiest day minigame, thats why the puppet mask falls slower and after its on the floor, the balloons are freed)
The answer is very simple than any rebuilt scrap trap with the parts that she had and that gives us burn trap and those parts include glam rock Bonnie as the nightmare parts except for nightmare that’s still nightmare, but the other nightmare parts that came from glam rock Bonnie glam rock Bonnie was the bass player, and the bass player clause have to be built into the endoskeleton so they can pluck the heaviest strings of the Bass and also all the glam rock parts should also be glam rock Bonnie
Coming here months later after the interview: In the end, Burntrap was a result of miscomunication between Scott Cawthon and Steel Wool. He wasn't supposed to be a final boss, he was just supposed to be some sort of hallucination. It seems that Steel Wool actually thought William Afton was back, since Scott admitted that he didn't tell the lore of the game to them. Scott then said that he tried to correct the story with Ruin, showing that the Burntrap ending did not happen, putting hints that Burntrap was connected to the Mimic, and then showing that The Mimic was the one behind it all.
My question for the entire thing is... WHY DOES HE HAVE A FULL SET OF FREAKING TEETH! There's no logical reason! Wtf???? Hell! Even if you are alive keeping your entire set of teeth is so freaking hard! But dead?! For like 60 years?! HOW?!
"Obviously it's just a theory but at the same time YOU DONT GET THE RIGHT TO PUSH BACK AGAINST THEORY HATE while actively getting facts wrong and missing the point of where the HATE is coming from in the first place" I think this is a very dangerous mindset to have, key word "HATE". I firmly believe you should not hate anyone based on opinions alone, you can criticize sure, but dont mistake hatred for criticism, knowing how to criticize seems to be very scarce nowadays, most people prefer to opt for destructive criticism which looks like "Your theory is trash bro, you dont even do your research, how are you supposed to be the face of fnaf theory crafting" (And I even wrote it lightly for what some people be saying out there), instead how about we say something like this: "Mat, at -this time- you mentioned this/these -detail/details- and though compelling, is different from what the books say and I quote: -the quote or quotes in question-. Being honest I don't really like the Gregory is a robot thing too because that would mean -insert what it would mean, the more points the better- and from a narrative standpoint it also feels unsatisfying because -mark reasons of why it makes you feel unsatisfied-. Overall I see what you were going for but because -one or more details- are different than how you present them this theory is wrong", how was that? And I know it could seem daunting to put that much effort in a single reply but a reply is a comment and in this case criticism, you should most definitely put effort in criticising, it's a tool that can make or break somebody and should NOT be used to tear down someone because you dont like that someone's work. Now you see why the "you dont get the right to push back against theory hate" is so toxic? it really feels like "Oh yeah, let me punch you in the face for saying a joke and you cant tell the principal's office". Overall I get why people get upset, it has to do with the feeling of not being able to do anything about the fact that so many people get to see those theories and mark the suggested ideas as true, that's why you see the word "misinformation" being thrown around in the arguments against game theory, but it's not misinformation if it's presented as a theory. All I ask is for everyone to put effort in their words and be respectful, think of how nice it would be if you create a poorly drawn dragon and instead of getting "LIL BRO THINKS THATS A DRAGON, WTF IS THAT, LOL" you actually got helpful criticism like the one example I wrote earlier.
I think scraptraps body got burned except some of the meat and costume and Vanny just stole extra parts from the pizzapelx and made him into what he is
Can't we just ones and for all just say it's solved, why so ppl always to try to find a reason for it to not be solved, btw i respect your opinion and don't mean to be rude or anything like that, just telling you my point of view
i think hyper droid’s theory about the tally marks trying to draw attention to page 39 was the right answer. to me it makes sense bc all the tallies except 1 are a group of five. and when you’re counting something, obv that’s how you group tallies- you go by fives until you have whatever number leftover at the end. it was indicating that if we tallied up the page numbers until we got 39, we would find something suspicious about the numbers printed on the page not matching our own counting.
Are a lot of viewers not realizing im not connecting "The Party was for you" to "I can hear sounds", I'm connecting "The Party Was For You" to "I can hear sounds, & It was for me" as if its 2 parts of the same thought? Not individually. Lots of comments seem to be treating them individually which is the exact thing I suggested we might try not doing.
It's crazy how you're calling HyperDroid & others wrong for connecting "Does he still talk to you/I can hear sounds." And saying it makes no sense Only to make a bazaar claim that you need to connect both; "The Party was for you/I can hear sounds" together, when it's clearly meant to be "The Party was for you/It was for me" Also you don't even come up with another name at the end. You also conveniently forget to mention the part where HyperDroid shows how next to Cassidy's question of "do you still have dreams?" relating to Dave's answer of "I'm scared" is a drawing of Nightmare/Nightmare Fredbear, making "I'm scared" a perfectly valid response, as Fredbear was the last thing he saw before he got bitten and he was fighting off Nightmare right before he died.
baffled by the presentation of the fnaf movie drawing; I'm very confident all five kids are there. Far left is golden freddy, second is bonnie, third is freddy, fourth is chica, and the fifth is foxy. There are two blond kids in the picture and two blond ghosts (Chica and golden freddy), one black kid and one black ghost (bonnie), a black haired kid (freddy, but he has a hat so it's harder to tell) and a brown haired kid in the picture (foxy). Abby's drawing is weirder I'll give you; foxy (hook), bonnie (blue), and chica (girl) are obvious, the top hat one is most likely freddy, and I'll the black hat and red shirt on the remaining kid do line up better with garret than they do golden freddy.
I don’t actually mind this model too much, for some reason I see him fitting better in the position Scraptrap was in in Pizzeria Simulator, than he does in Security Breach. Yes, he has the weird nightmare hand, more teeth and one costume foot, but he actually looks like a more decrepit Springtrap after FNAF 3
It's normal to disagree to a theory, but for myself i think even a bit reach, the two answer does make sense, and if this is still nog what scott was going for, i'd say scrap the whole method cuz after this point it'll become a point of overconvoluted, the reflect of the whole grid seem more far fetched to me personally cuz its not sonething you'd connect using only the logbook itself but instead with a third hand software helping
