Thanks mate... playing less and let it exist, so to speak, is definitely harder than fast sweeps, I think. And I have to agree on the missing a day or two playing has a definite impact...to me it's a mental thing; sometimes I don't feel as I would do justice to the instrument. Its a mind fuck really, because I love it so much! And It has, literally, saved my life in dark times...but I suppose it's what one has to contend with if one has a different career snd all the bullshit that goes with it and with the people that populate it!
