Tim! I know! (I'm ministering to him to get him to question and think on things) I asked Josiah that question to get him to think more about it. I know he's a former Christian and I believe his Dad is a minister, he left the faith for the new age. I'm trying to get Josiah to think about what he's doing and think about Jesus. Thank you for replying to my comments on his page, hopefully he'll look at the activity and think about being born again. A message that RARELY is preached by majority of pastors Spineless and spiritually bankrupt pastors who would prefer ‘not to offend’ instead of preach the Gospel, who would rather entertain the many, than speak the Truth of the Gosoel. The narrow way of Calvinism? Really! Calvinism is just one of the Doctrine of Demons Paul warned us about that would be coming into the World. But it would have to wait for the heretic Augustine to lay the foundation and then Calvin finished it! It's Satan's most used tool to devour his victims. The name has been softened to now be called "REFORMED THEOLOGY" Its really "DEFORMED THEOLOGY" If Calvin's Reformed Theology was true there is absolutely no reason to preach or evangelize. But they will say they are ordered to evangelize! So like mindless puppets in vain they do. It can have no effect or change anything in their minds, but robots do what their robot master commands! It makes the World and life here pointless. Calvin's god should have just made the billions of people he decided to create, torture and destroy most of them for his pleasure and then place the rest in heaven to worship him for not destroying them. Its worse that Islam or the Greek gods! One of the foundational doctrines of Islam is the absolute sovereignty, to the point of determinism, of Allah. Allah knows everything, determines everything, decrees everything, and orders everything. Allah is even the cause of evil (Unveiling Islam, p. 109). It follows that Allah predestines all who will be saved and all who will be eternally damned. Of those who cannot be saved, Surah 2:6-7 states: It follows that Calvinism and Islam are both inherently fatalistic. In Calvinism, the sovereign God elects those who will be saved and rejects all others, as seen repeatedly in Calvin’s writings: …some are preordained to eternal life, others to eternal damnation; and, accordingly, as each has been created for one or other of those ends, we say that he has been predestined to life or death (Institutes, 3.21.5). The reason they share the same Theology is that they come from the same source of inspiration! They all are writing down the Doctrine of Demons they embrace and willingly! Truth In Love

As far as I am concerned the man is right. He is not preaching anything that is not in the scriptures. It is a hard word because indeed it is not cheap grace. Grace is not cheap, it cost Jesus his life. Only a few will find it. He is not preaching anything about works. Scripture speaks about taken off and putting on . There will be many people in heaven because the saints of all ages will be there. In any era there will be people who will choose the narrow way. Don't take the man's words out of context. We are required to take off or leave all to follow Christ. If any man be in Christ old things are passed away behold all things are become new. God chooses us but we have a parallel responsibility to accept the way of the cross. A sermon is always a short exposition of a particular portion of the scripture.Be like the Bereans and search the scriptures for yourself. Look how Jesus preached his heart out and yet he was rejected by his own people. Look at how many of the original followers were turned off by his message. In the end only the twelve close companions remained and one was still a devil. It is indeed a narrow way.
Jesus says different--Matthew --4:17---- repentance indicates a recognition of one's need to be saved from his/her sin. Without repentance, you have a proud and arrogant fool trying to apply Christ to their sin-filled life of which they are not humbly sorry for and seeking salvation for. That's cheap grace and easy believism that wants salvation by Christ but not wanting Him as Lord. It's half in and half out; lukewarm stuff. Someone who thinks repentance is a burdensome, unnecessary work that does not and should not accompany salvation is in a sad state. That's broad path talk. No thank you.
Caiti Hall Jesus doesn't say different. Matthew 4:17 has to do with corporal repentance for the nation of Israel and is not evangelistic. Also, how does Matthew 4:17 jive with John 3:16 or the entire book of John, whose purpose statement is to convince unbelievers to believe in Christ for eternal life? The word 'repent' is not found once. Again, repentance is a work and a condition for God's blessing. And as far as being arrogant or a fool-that applies to those who don't rightly divide the Word.

Great sermon, for those who try to copy this, this isn't your sermon. This was the Holy Sprit working through Dr. Lawson. Just like you can't copy Paul Washer's sermon. Take what the Holy Sprit is doing through Dr. Lawson and let it be applied to your life.
Christ's gospel and Paul's gospel are entirely different. All of Matthew's teaching were given to Israel. Christ even told his disciples to not preach the gospel to the Gentiles. Why? They were excluded from the Davidic kingdom.
Matthew has no church doctrine. Christ came for Israel. He told his disciples to NOT preach to the Gentiles, but only to the "lost sheep of the house of Israel." Everything Christ taught in Matthew was Kingdom doctrine--how to live in the Davidic Kingdom where Christ would physically sit on the throne of David and rule Israel. Same with Mark, Luke and John. Church doctrine was revealed only to Paul. Peter, James, and John wrote to Israel. Israel is the only object of Christ's first coming.
He'll never tell you that the narrow gate is a person and that's Jesus Christ enter in through trusting in Him alone and you shall be saved the wide gate is what he's telling you he saw you to give up your life that's the wide gate it sounds right but in the end it's destruction
don't seem to find anything wrong about his sermon here, if this man is doing or performing sign and wonders and teach a shallow or superficial message, it will be okay, am not surprised to find folks saying all kinds of nasty stuff about the preacher, the preacher is like a waiter, and what does a waiter do? To deliver the food to the table without messing it up along the way! If anyone have issues with him, let them take it up to God It's God that creates the message, true believers and preachers tasks is to say it as it's whether or not it's offensive or what folks want to hear!

This verse is regarding decipleship and not salvation, No wonder for we have seen so many false teachers,preachers ,prophets and apostles for history has shown very few true ones to remind you of Elijah to 5000 prophets of baal or Moses to many false teachers of false gods and to Jesus and 12 to thousands of pharieses. Did you notice he didn't bring up that they were adding to Salvation their works and you cannot add any work of righteousness Bible clearly says it's not a VAR righteousness but of him who giveth Mercy he didn't save us because of our righteousness tell this man to go to hell everyone in this church tell this man he can go to hell walk out of this church right now and you will be a better off put your faith in Christ alone without any works and you shall be saved
He isnt talking about salvation by works hes talking about the devotion to christ as a true christian, and now that you are saved by no works of your own, by Gods own choice, you must now meet that with works by devotion to christ jesus our lord.
