Definitely one of the best concerts I've ever heard. Brilliant performance, great music and the drummer looks like the beast from the muppet show. Awfully good!
This is very similar to the show I saw at the Hollywood Bowl, which I filmed and uploaded to my RU-vid page, but this is much better quality and from a closer vicinity, so I'm very happy to find this online. I recorded this at the time in digital format. The National are such a fantastic band. I hope they tour The Netherlands as well in the upcoming tour. No dates set yet!
Saw them 2 nights ago at Red Rocks, Colorado. Beyond compare! They had us, the audience, sing the last song: Vanderlyle Crybaby Geeks. I cry thinking about it.
Hell yeah. A lot of awsome songs they don't play on festival tours anymore. I mean i'd love to see them in a real concert in Switzerland, but they usually don't do any. ^^ So this year i have to go to Finnland..
