That reminds me of what the US government did in WW1 and WW2. They racially profiled Deutschamerikaner (german-americans), burnt German books, censored German newspapers, and banned the German language. The Germans are also the only minority that haven't apologized to for being forced into 'internment' (or in other words, forced labour) camps.
