Let me get this straight...liberal intellectuals, many of whom were Jewish...were a threat to traditional culture. I get that. The "final solution", the genocide of millions of Jews, Catholics, gypsies, etc, is where I draw the line. This normalization of genocide of ANY ethnic group as justified is very concerning to me.

Well thought out and presented. Cencorship, is unfortuately alive and well in the US on both sides. Trying to suppress idea of the opposition is as old as language itself. Again, as the person narrating this states, it is natural for a society to try and protect it's traditions and morals. Deviant behaviour is generally unwanted by the majority of people, yet it is the Liberal and Homosexuals who speak out as victoms of this and loudly. Therefore the reaction of the majority is usually overboard when they have had enough. You can see this now in America with the Woke BS. It was tollerated until it cross the line of trying to influence very young children. The societys moral outrage retaliated and you have a shift back to more moderate ideals.

So they committed genocide to purify their country because it was going down a degenerate path. At what point do you allow other citizens to live their own lives but not dictate morals? I think when it involves children and exploitation. Even then, erradicating humans to justify some sense of purity is unjustified. 2 wrongs in this case was just wrong. Even before WW1 when Germany was great & proud, there was something missing. The depression & restitution Germany had to pay was too much for them. Insanity seemed reasonable, imho
