Find a God, which one looks for once the capitalistic pleasures are met and the societal relevance is gathered at an early age. Ranveer that one was specifically for you & also me. Peace out.
Be cautious, everyone. The state Naval describes, where there is a mini-elimination of 'me-ness,' can be tricky to achieve. For most people who try to reach it directly, it can lead to the suppression of emotional energies. You might believe in your mind that there is 'no-me,' but when suffering arises, there's an automatic identification with the body and mind, as that is our habit. This can lead to the accumulation of trauma. A better approach is what Naval talks about later: being mindful of the present moment and practicing being aware here and now. This will eventually lead to what he is talking about but in a more organic way. Best of luck!
@@Asangoham but when one tries to stay in present, it (staying in present itself) becomes a desire and makes person suffer. and rather than staying here mind does what it always does stays in future or past.
@@thepathakarpit Desires are not inherently bad. Eating food is also a desire. They are needed for life to move forward. The trick is not to focus on the "desire" or the outcome of the desire but on the action, which is in the here and now. If the focus is strong, there comes a moment when the actor and action become one, that's where magic happens.
@@Asangoham Yup I get it the goal isn't to be in present but focus on activities you are doing and as a by product you come to present and empty out due to lack of space
Every sentence and every word of his is crystal clear, and it doesn’t even feel like he’s speaking English anymore. After listening to many magicians, here is our man-he makes you understand complexity through simplicity.
By far the most unexpected podcast, keep going Ranveer you have added so much value to my life I'm a teenager who started watching you in 2022 and since then following you and improved alot thank you so much, keep going.
1. Think for yourself, decide for yourself 2. Understand things very simply, connect it with everything else already in mind. 3. Take no one’s word for it. 4. Dont live in past 5. Spiritual - which is not mental not physical 6. Existence itself is magical 7. Personal observations 1. Be absolutely honest 2. Be selfish (go behind what you want) 3. Be direct (say no for what you dont want)
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1493">24:53</a> reached here and paused to write here Honestly I'm feeling so much overwhelmed with the wisdom he is sharing I'm like completely speachless and self-motivated at the same
Ranveer has finally interviewed Naval Ravikant which was long due. Surely a remarkable achievement that truly sets a new benchmark for his channel. This milestone solidifies his success and takes his platform to the next level.
He changed my life from depression and gave me optimism. He is arguably today's Marcus Aurelius or Seneca, and he will be celebrated like them for at least the next 100 years. Thank you, Naval Ravikant.
Don’t worry Ranveer even if the podcast doesn’t garner millions of views. Most of us are not ready for Naval yet. The world, is not ready for Naval yet. Thank you for doing this. Godspeed brother!
Thank you for bringing this gentleman here. This man is like magic, he has changed my perspective on life. Just two days ago I was wondering why he never appears on any podcast in India. Thanks Ranbir 🫶
@@omprateek0111 bro I was just about to order it when notification of your reply came. I have heard about him and his book a lot, and am now convinced that I should buy it.
I am just 15 min into the podcast and this guy is already imparting so much wisdom my way. He is completely changing my way of thinking about the life. Phenomenal person🔥🔥
This is the best spirtual podcast that you have done so far! All hats off to Naval for him to demonstrate principles of - Advaitha Vedanata, Awareness (and or consciousness), Non Dual Tantra. You can see how he embodies all these in his every living second. For him not to label or drop jargons when explaining deep concepts in simple string of words is exceptional! The kinda of clarity and clairvoyance displayed in speech shows how he blessed by all 8 goddesses of speech - Vaak Devis (Vasini, Kameshvari, Aruna, Vimala, Jayani, Modini, Sarveshvari, and Kaulini). He didn't sensationalize anything which shows how he is not attached to anything and yet is operating in a state close to that of a 'Jivan Muktha'. If this man has not attained self realization then here is the proof and example that HE IS A PRIME CANDIDATE who will soon hit his goal of self realization. You can see how he does not regret, recollect or regress of the past nor is anxious about the future but is soaking in the bliss-awareness that is present this very second and every second. The best secret that Naval dropped which was not explored further is of that of "Direct Experience" and reference to Rupert Spira which means his source of knowledge and current learning is from those of the likes of Christopher Wallis, Bernado Kastrapo, Adya Shanti etc.. who talk about "Direct Experience" to self realization and enlightenment without explicit reference to any terms of any "-ism"s or Santana Dharma (even they acknowledge that is where they learnt it from). Once again what a fantastic episode. Felt like a fantastic Navaratri Gift, thank you for this!
Love you Ranveer, for having him on your show. Much respect to you! It felt like we were interacting with him personally through your questions. Naval Ravikant is someone I deeply admire in this era. I want to express even more gratitude to you ❤️
This is your biggest career milestone Ranveer! Keep up the great work. Naval is one of the wisest human beings in the world right now. Excellent thumbnail too!
As someone who's been following Ranveer from the early days, it's amazing to see the channel hosting incredible minds like Naval Ravikant. The journey has been inspiring, and I can’t wait to dive into this conversation. I’m sure this podcast will be full of wisdom looking forward to it!"
I feel all of us are extremely happy & proud of Ranveer, this is a big achievement and definitely want to appreciate entire Team BeerBiceps for making it happen & bro called ‘Naval’ Bhaiya making my inner child happy 😂
Listening to Naval feels like sipping coffee with a monk who’s also a tech billionaire. Every sentence shakes you awake, and you realize you’ve been living life with the volume turned down.
@@MayankKumarGautam tbh I was clinically depressed took some meds , I watched him The appreciation for life history mentality being one with yourself keeping health and truth above everything Love for science and therefore curing my existential crisis on whats the right thing to pursue in life Life's meaning heck life has no meaning we are merely insects with a slightly larger hippocampus than chimps We create our own meaning science and math are the languages of the universe And this man taught me how to read them I am an engineer now and a big thank you to this man I'd love to meet him one day and work with him if God will allow
Ranveer's best side comes when he asks about philosophy and spirituality I love how he brings the mysterious yogik concepts he has that tinge in him I wish that he continues this from everyone
When OG said: "In long term you will be remembered for your BEST WORK." - this episode will go down the history as that episode for BeerBiceps -- Implies Historic. Thanks and Congratulations. His emphasis on the importance of having children and the side effects of weed is likely to change many minds, which is essential. The podcast offers valuable insights on various topics such as self-awareness, truth, goals, relationships, understanding versus knowledge, decision-making, first principles, verifiable truth, death, and memory. In essence, it provides guidance on how to navigate through life effectively. Every time I open Twitter after work and see OG's tweet, it's an aha moment. It feels like a Netflix episode but more frequent, catering to intellectuals around the globe. I'm eagerly anticipating OG's Cult!
Bro wow, amazing, currently I'm reading The almanac of Naval Ravikant and now he is on your show. This is the best book I have read in my entire life till yet for the perspective of this modern age.
“Constantly thinking of yourself is the root source of unhapiness” - this is the state I’m finding myself getting towards. It’s hard when you are supposed to constantly market yourself to even survive in modern society, but I have this feeling in the back of my mind. It’s wonderful if you can live that way through most of the challenges in life. Ego is a survival mechanism, but letting it take the center stage brings nothing but suffering
Damn... Crazy crazy crazy... I literally cried listening to this one. I mean, how can you have such clarity man. I mean, Insane! I wonder how would I hold ground in front of him.
Never expected to see Naval here in your podcast. So happy for you man. Also such genuine questions and very respectful. Hats off to Naval too. What a guy . How clear and articulate.
Kudos to Naval for exemplifying intellectual humility and profound insight. His straightforward, grounded responses elegantly surpassed Ranveer's comparative spirituality narratives. As a polymath - failed physicist, philosopher, and angel investor - Naval's distinct fusion of analytical rigor and experiential wisdom shines. His willingness to share hard-earned lessons from personal failures is a rare gift. Ranveer, reflecting on this episode will indeed yield valuable insights. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated. Grateful for this thought-provoking conversation!
Honestly, I have never thought we might see both of you together in a single frame because Naval has been away from podcast for couple of years but here we are. So happy for you. Gread mind meets with curiosity
Ranveer one of your weakness while having a guest is, you don't know when they are giving you signals that they are not interested in your question framing. Naval in this podcast have thrown many of your questions but you didn't even notice. A big blunder you did in the podcast is your whole of it was revolving around the sprituality. you could have done it half capitalistic form and other. anyways it was good.
This episode is proof that we're letting the wrong person represent India. Ranveer, your lack of research and model of basic questioning cannot and should not be excused as "Indian public is into emotions." After Naval saying multiple times about his lack of interest in the person. You continue asking what if questions and things about him personally instead of his experiences and the fate of the future. You clearly were following a script in the podcast. The inability to be able to continue your questioning based on his answers and getting deep into a topic is shameful, considering you have years of experience in such conversations. You certainly were the first to start the podcast revolution in India but it's high time you evolve. Stop chasing views and get into qualtative podcasts. Your focus still is on making celebrity content which gets you mass views. You have the opportunity to improve your podcast and take the knowledge of all your listeners one level higher. You seem not at all interested in that. Podcasters like Prakhar would've been a much better host for someone with the stature of Naval.
I remember watching his Joe Rogan podcast during covid. It was the single most influential podcast in my life. Really happy to be watching him again after so many years dropping an absolute goldmine of knowledge. He just makes you think hard. Love this guy.
No way!! I was not expecting this collaboration! Naval is a legend in the business world but this eastern philosophy is so profound! Ranveer thank you !!
The most awaited one for me because you were the one I got a clue about Naval, and it's been 4 years since I have been following and watching his content which has changed my perspective about life and business
Naval is being praised and a inspiration for everyone because he justified everything of his life like meaning of love, money, family, society etc.according to himself.he accumulate every knowledge he can and just alchemist it according to him. That's why we all individuals are a 'gem'.
I believe this podcasts is the only episode that depicted higher level of consciousness, while @Ranveer has a lot to learn because he needs to be at that level. The level which is higher than his current version of who he is. This man Truly gave his time to expand consciousness of people listening to this podcast and also Ranveer has a lot to experience and opening to higher dimensions. I really appreciate this podcast as it felt like this is what I exactly needed.
I have immense respect for his wisdom🧠 and I'm deeply inspired by his insightful thoughts on life and the world. It’s an honor to listen to his perspective and learn from his approach to living a meaningful life
