Hi Tessera, it finally looks like Nerf/Hasbro has nailed the double magazine blaster. After the Double Dealer and the Rhino-fire they seem to have got the best of both and put it in a system that works. And if the Double Punch is made of the same quality plastic as the Vulcan then we're gonna see the DP around for years to come. Great vid.
@@TesserasNerfRoom honestly, true, I got the Motoblitz, it felt really underwhelming, so I took the master key off of it and put it on a regular stryfe, the storm charge is great, but only for its attachments.
also the most uncomfortable parts of the double punch which are the cheek weld and stock are both clipped nto the shell so you can just 3d print a new stock and cheek weld
At first when i saw this thing i thought "wow a new rinofire" but then i realised that the barrels arent motorised and they just move when the trigger is pulled so thats kinda disappointing
Modulus Longstrike is available on Amazon! I did a review on it a little while back, here m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c5yTQCaRLVk.html
I didn’t. But that blaster is physically just a slightly cheaper Phoenix 2.0.. this is doing something completely new and original, and I can get it at Walmart for 35 dollars
@@TesserasNerfRoom all very valid points that I can’t take away. I guess it’s all about perspective. But I wouldn’t call it slightly cheaper it’s half the price before you even put the select fire kit into the phoenix so they have the same capabilities. I think it’s a great platform for someone who hasn’t missed to start at so they can see how things work and be able to make simple adjustments as opposed to gluing in a while pusher for a stryfe.
i wish hasbro just discontiued the elite 2.0 line, made a new seris with a completely original title (not like elite 3.0 or something) and put the storm charge and double punch in that line so we dont need to compare them to stuff like the pheonix
Honestly I don’t think people really are comparing newer releases to the original elite 2.0s, people have accepted that 2020’s elite 2.0 blasters were a complete disaster and moved on for the most part
i stoill want them to make a new lineand discontinue elite 2.0 unless they keep making original good blasters instead of just taking a blaster putting a different shell on it and calling it a different name
@@manaharrell they did that through 2020-2021, though after 2022 it seems like they just gave up on that bad idea and started trying to do *something* new with each blaster
There are no solvent welds here. The back of the grip is clipped on, but they even were courteous enough to leave a gap where the clips are slightly exposed, making it easy to shove a screwdriver in and pop it right off
