We still need to do some more stuff in the nether so we’ll be back again. Although getting all these mobs into the overworld is gonna be something else… 😳
Nice, I wonder what other mobs you’ll encounter. Btw with serpeant you can try to bait it to jump into a hollow area, then you can kill / transport it through a portal
you should try to lasso one laviathan to overworld, if the leviathan is in touch with water it changes its form to obsidian and is a nice mount to use. Over 4 people can ride it at the same time
25:53 it is incredibly useful for netherite mining. You'd be surprised at how much you can find skimming the surface of the lava with lava vision. Also when you're exploding beds and you explode one and the entire place is flooded with lava, lava vision is a great help. Also great for finding hidden leviathans, bone serpents, or something else from another mod you've installed.
17:05 'murica. But yeah, you should have probably gotten on higher ground. Honestly, this whole episode would have been a lot safer if you weren't always at sea level, or whatever the "sea level" lava equivalent is in the nether.
@@troubled_boys The game actually gives plenty of hints to what you're supposed to do through the book and the names of achievements. You had more than enough to figure it out
I'm pretty sure there is a truth to that. Koalas can frequently try to jump to branches they cannot jump to, or a branch breaks underneath them, or they slip on a wet branch or leaf or smth. And then you get to feel just how painful its claws and teeth are, enough to rip a chunk or two off. They won't kill you, but I'd be damned if they didn't scare the hell out of you.
Good content as always, btw Serpent teeth aren't very hard to obtain outside of lava because they often jump on land to crush you so just camp on low ground and wait for one. Also there's at least one mob left in the Nether (in the Warped biome), maybe more but it's the only one I can think of
Recommend giving one of your pets the fireproof enchant so you can bring it to the nether. Also the blood sprayer is really good with mending and unbreaking, and there is an upgrade.. you need to fight a boss..
THE NETHER!!!!!!!!! Btw if u bring the Mungus to the nether, cover the mungus in the blue mushrooms from the nether, and then let the crimson mosquito kill him, the crimson mosquito will turn into something new and very powerful
@@troubled_boys Would recommend preparing a little first. Maybe some frogs would help? Killing bugs is their thing. (just set their spawn in a bed first)
15:16 it's pretty easy, you just put a saddle on it, and since it enjoys the blue mushrooms, you put a blue mushroom on a stick and it will walk wherever you point the stick. It's really cheap compared to the other options of lava travel
Fun fact:striders can be mounted using a saddle like a regular animal would they do need a fishing rod attached to a specific item they can be used to move in the lava in the nether
I'm not sure you guys know this but the Grappling Squok has over 4 tentacles you can shoot at the same time. try it! Oh, and there's something else in the nether. It's found in soul sand valleys, large plains covered in soul sand and skeletons. And one more thing... and this is very specific but it will be a very important mob you're gonna want to cross off your list Take a Mungus to the nether and find a Warped forest biome (these biomes are similar to the crimson forests, but blue) Shear the Mungus if needed, and then let the mungus grow WARPED FUNGUS on itself. Once the mungus has warped fungus on it, bring a CRIMSON MOSQUITO over and let it suck the blood of the MUNGUS. :)
Ya'll should try a playthrough in The Betweenlands by ANGRY PIXEL. This is a well made and difficult mod with a lot of things to do (+horror subjectively?) and has been my all-time favorite for years now.
man these videos are amazing, literally the only minecraft content i thoroughly enjoy rn, just boys playing minecraft, and idk why its so entertaining whatever you got working dont change it, you'll pop off in no time
Why do Ian got half the recipes in the game pined in JEI lmao (at 23:40 or any other time Ian has his inventory open you can see a list of items on the left that tells a story)
This episode gave me nothing but anixety... Btw you can upgrade your gun by defeating a -boss- mob when you put the blue mushrooms on a mungus with no mushrooms and let a mosquito suck on it
im genuinely surprised we didn't die lol. lmao that sounds like something a kid would make up in the playground about games, we'll make sure to do that next ep for sure though. along with the flies
Broooo this episode was crazy, can't wait for the next one Also the blood sprayer doesn't break, it just uses blood sacs as ammo, but mending is still op with it
He was super prepared, brought 7 golden apples and a grappling hook. Strange he didn't grab the ingredients for a fire resistance potion tho, I mean the blazes were right there.
the book says you can find them in wooded mountain biomes, but we also found some in the glacial waters. they sometimes dive for fish so you can always keep an eye out for lakes and see if the eagle tries to fish some out.
I've been having the worst week of my life and honestly having these videos be so carefree in attitude and just fun is why I like alex mobs most. I can put this on to help me sleep and laugh
@@troubled_boys To be fair I didn't know that I shouldn't've assumed Even then if I were you I probably still wouldn't say it anyway because just throwing it out does contribute to the stigmatization of schizophrenia but you can really do whatever you want I suppose
