Man the amount of rust and dampness I wonder how anything works! I am glad I am in the south with just forced air gas furnaces... 🤠👍

Great work! New subscriber here. I service boilers in Cleveland but none of the apartment buildings have this multi boiler room set up.

Resi PM on a furnace that's had no service for a decade. 4 no heats at an apartment complex. And a RTU PM that turned out to need the gas pressure adjusted on low fire. 8 hours, I declined the OT tonight. First day this week I didn't clock an hour or more of overtime. At least I don't have your traffic and parking headaches. Get your feet up brother.

All you gotta do is bang the expansion tank with your channel locks to hear if it’s full or not

Not looking to be super tech but just saying as good info. Even if you drop pressure and check the tank that’s still not the accurate way to check the tank. The tank must be completely removed from the system. With the tank in place even with pressure dropped there’s a chance that the diaphragm can still be stuck and give a false reading. Keep up the videos. Content is great
@Rainmaker88
@Rainmaker88 8 месяцев назад
How? Even if the diaphragm is stuck there’s no water pressure so all you’re reading is air pressure.

I'd be bringing my rubber boots to the wet and extra nasty adventures. They're cheap and dry feet are worth it, plus easy to wash 'em off while wearing your main boots away from floods. I don't install boilers but I've repaired my share of outdoor equipment.

Yes, parking can be a bigger problem than fixing the boiler in big cities. Huge tickets or Free towing. (Lol)
