Cain when to the land of Nod where other people reside, which was east of Eden where he found a wife. Also in the beginning of genesis 5 it states 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;” 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.” So it was not just one man, and Adam means man of the Earth or red skin, in ancient Hebrew, referring to the color of the earth.

No. I was never taught anything about any daughters of Adam and Eve. I remember trying to ask questions. I was told (many times) that I must learn to believe (without understanding), or I would burn in the fires of hail forever. They probably didn't want to talk about brothers marrying their own sisters.

You must question everything especially at this point. Why? Because these were answers nobody could give us until now. Very questionable. If this information was not in the Bible where did they get the specific detailed information? And why are they now inserting in the Bible? So they can take information getting it from they nowhere but no one else does, inserted in the Bible say hey this is a real thing. This is the largest form of trickery and BS I’ve ever seen in my entire life. That’s like cheating on a test the teacher watches your teeth and they still let you get away with it this does not work in real life in any other facet of living when it comes to religion they tell you a lot of idiotic things. Read Genesis 5:4 and you can see there that says, "Adam had other sons and daughters". And at verse 5, it says that he died when he was 930 years old.

Also know that the Bibles have been written and rewritten by different groups, even before the Printing Press was developed, and after printed word. Some of us have read earlier versions and seen the changes in print!

Yeah, no translations between languages are without nuance. The idea is to try to retain the original meaning with constantly evolving languages. The good thing is that there are so many copies that a significant deviation is a little easier to spot.

I always figured Adam and Eve had children before Cain, Abel, and Seth because one of Eve's curses after Adam ate the fruit was that she would be in pain during childbirth. That always led me to believe that Eve must've known what it felt like to give birth naturally without pain, which then got me thinking that Cain, Abel, and Seth may have been the first children after the curse. Just my random thoughts!

This is not possible, because the bible said, we were all born into sin, therefore,.we all have a sinful nature, if some of Adam's kids were born before the fall, that would make them sinless and not inherit their parents sinful nature, because they were born before God pronounced judgment on Adam and his wife.

I figured God telling Eve that she will have pain during childbirth must mean she never had the pain before during childbirth, or else why even make that a punishment? The effect wouldn’t be the same. One of Adam’s curses was now he had to work for his wealth instead of it just being given to him. That curse clearly hits hard because he never had to work before, so I was using that same logic with Eve. Plus immediately when God created Adam and Eve he told them to be fruitful and multiply and we all know what that meant lol. But I get what you are saying.

@@RaquelCGaryActually the notion that Adam didn't work is also incorrect, because the bible said that God placed them in the garden and they were to care for it, meaning they were to work to maintain it, The whole world was not a garden like Eden, Eden was God's first work of beauty, perfection and organisation, and I can only assume, after Adam and his descendants began to multiply, they were to use Eden as an example of how to transform the rest of the world into organised beauty. Don't get me wrong, all of the earth was perfect, but the garden of Eden probably held a unique beauty about it, because it was like no other garden, it was one specifically made by God as a nursery for his fragile creation, man and at some point they were to replicate this garden as they began to create and develop the earth as how God had envisioned. Unfortunately they were driven out into the world which was not like the Eden after the fall. God created us like him, to have imagination, creativity, and more, this is why the people built themselves cities and more after the fall including Babel,

@RaquelCGary maybe she never experienced childbirth before the fall. Adam and Eve were innocent as children are prior to Eve's sin. After she sinned she knew her error and tricked Adam into committing the same sin. Then neither was innocent and they were punished.

The story of Bible and God were all very fascinating when i was a kid but wake the fuck up, there is no such thing as heaven or hell or angels, i mean sure there is karma and if you are mean bad person you will go to a place of suffering be it hell or whatever. But your typical believe in Bible and religion in general is a fantasy, a lore, it was based on real events but learn to seprate the fantasy from reality. Seeing Deeper. I can't wrap my mind around how Cain, Able, Seth, and Adam married into their own family. The brothers married the sisters and gave birth to more children and Adam and Eve continued multiply with them and kept it all in the family? Only to hear that God approved and blessed their works? What about the several books in the same bible that condemns sexual immorality and finds incest a crime? What kind of trickery is this? AI really is dangerous.

Look up "root races" and "epochs", as in, this is the 5th Epoch and we come from a long lineage of spiritual evolution developing new root races and then sub races in our collective human race. Not that you will believe, since a Quranic believer isnt capable of believing something outside of or contradictory to the Quran which says it is 100% right. But still, it gives a bigger perspective if one is willing and able to move past limiting mythological beleif system.

We only live short lives because of this low vibrational state we accept as consciousness. Once we get off of this 3D consciousness and uplevel to 5 and 6D we will live longer as well. So they lived long years to fulfill having children and fill the earth. No one lived to be 1,000 years, God's day. Actually there are two Enoch's. One Enoch came from the line/genealogy of impious Cain the vagabond who dwelt in Nod east of Eden. The other Enoch came from the line/genealogy of Seth who according to Genesis chapter 5. Seth was begat in Adam's very own likeness, after Adam's own image. It is through this genealogy of Seth that you get Righteous Enoch who walked with Yah and was no more. This Enoch was the great grandfather of Noah, one of only eight people to have survived a world wide flood of the whole earth.

The only possible answer is that God created all the races from within Eve and their progeny reflected the different races. There is a lot that is not revealed. What is revealed is often ignored, like the 10 Commandments.

I think they didn't look at the different races as different. Everyone's skin color was no different than the color of their eyes or hair. It just wasn't an issue. I don't think people got hung up on the skin hormone called melenin that makes one be dark or light. Everyone just looked different, and that was completely normal. What about in Genesis where God tells Adam & Eve to REpopulate the earth? The word repopulate indicates that there was a people of some kind before us. And who were the people that God sent Cain to go live with after he put that protective sign on his forehead. Where those possibly the left over humanoids from the other civilization and now was so small in numbers that God told Adam and Eve to repopulate the earth?

This made me consider the issue of “inbreeding”. Since Adam & Eve were the “first” humans; then their children mating and have children would statistically NOT have accumulated recessive genetic traits. It would take numerous pairings over who knows how long before significant recessive traits would be established in the human gene pools.

Have you taught your students what happened to Jesus's family after He was gone? I mean, because of course that is important....to know what happened to them and what they had to say about His life....right? Ask your students if they believe that God will never ever speak to us again. Let me know what their answer is! Ask them if Divine inspiration stopped hundreds of years ago. Depending on their age they may not be brainwashed just yet. Ask them if they will be OK with living their entire life with nothing but opinions (interpretations) on important subjects.

It was a totally different atmosphere before the flood, there was a type of canopy, that protected from suns ultra violet rays the whole earth was mild even at poles. There is proof in fosslls of lush plant life in the past. Oxygen content was much higher. After the Flood it was different, the ages of Noahs descendants began to decrease.

@@norman5340 have you ever actually read the Bible???? If Adam was created in God's image, then his DNA would have been perfect...flawless....as would Eve's since she was created from Adam's body. Therefore the deformities resulting from inbreeding wouldn't have been an issue for their offspring. It wasn't until after the Flood that God forbade incest because by then, the DNA in the human population had become damaged to the point that it wasn't safe .

In the time of the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve was only love of those that loved so in this case it is no incest that the daughters of Adam and Eve were the wifes of their brothers wich they did not look at nakedness like today as people look at nakedness as an important think while nakedness is not a important think but a sin since Adam knew nakedness after he had sinned in Eden so those were not incests then because the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve had stronger gens in their dna not like today or thousands of years after when the people were very sinners like today people and in this case it is incest that somebody have his sister as his wife because now and thousands of years after the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve lived humans had weak gens in their dna's
