I wonder whether that method works with non melt-and-pour soap, but traditional style soap hand-made? This is purely theoretical, bc I've no experience in soap making myself (yet?) But I follow a few soap & other crafts channels, so I'm sitting here like 🤔 would it cure properly in the sponge? Semi related, I bought some soap a few years back that had a slice of dried loofah in the middle-- the actual plant. It couldn't even nearly do this bc the large internal holes etc, but the sponge emerging was nice
