you forgot a HUGE part which is that you can make costom "vanilla" enchantments (i did " around vanilla because you still need a data pack for it)

He said about the change being technical, and he DID miss the important part- mace was nerfed and the enchantments were nerfed. in case you are wondering, it is not mentioned in changelog, but the durability has been increased to 500

I found the bug with the iron trapdoors and doors, also happens with the copper trapdoors and doors. In fact I also found that the copper trapdoor recipe will make a copper door in the crafter. edit: OMG it also works with wind charges LOL.

I mean they need to fix the crafting bug, and add four new cave sounds (in a recent bedrock edition preview, four new cave sounds were added, but they aren’t in Java snapshots yet) but other than that, I don’t know if there’s anything else
