Had to active for about 24 hours not even used the unit for about 30 minutes and it has already failed not looking good for active and their customer service is not open on weekends for professional detailer. I really hate to hear that. It was a real tough decision for me to spend that much for a pw to just wash my cars with and I have only used mine once so far. Now I am already second guessing my purchase.

when you leave your system on and pressurized, without using the gun does it occasionally surge like once every 20 or 30 seconds?

@@InTheZone85 Like I said, I have only washed one vehicle with it, but it did one time. I double check all connections for a leak-there were no leaks. It was like, "that's not good" but it didn't do it again. And that was using the factory hose. I assume when you say surge you mean the pump came on while not spraying? But my Greenworks does that every couple of minutes and has for years.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered the 2.3 on launch day and within 1 days of use, the total stop system failed and the PW remained running. But I emailed and called them and asked for a warranty. They honored the warranty right away and sent me a new one. Thus far, the unit is still running strong after a month or so of use I’m thinking, I just received a defective item on launch)

what type of water inlet hose were you running (soft type or more or a rigid hose). And when you leave your system on and pressurized, without using the gun does it occasionally surge like once every 20 or 30 seconds?

Yes, they would put it underneath #Warranty for me however I needed a working pressure washer for my business. I can’t be down and not have nothing so I went ahead and sent it back and they gave me my money back.

Ya, that sucks man. But I’ve always been leery of these expensive hyped pressure washers. Even the ones from the local Costco are not the best but u can return them no questions asked which makes a fantastic option. Good luck on that buddy.

Are you using a Kevlar or steel braided hose? If not, the uberflex hoses and ones similarly built, flex too much causing the unit to surge or fail to maintain pressure.

I got my money back. I shipped it back to them and they gave me my money back. They didn’t let me know what’s wrong with the unit or Wyatt dead but it dead but I’m done and over with it never again.
