Um, the last one you said was in Stormviel Castle, but just after you say "there's the big room with the jars in it", you literally have the next scene in Caria Manor, with the words Caria Manor on the screen, so the last one on this list is bogus. You have to beat the boss of Caria Manor, then go outside and jump down the cliff just above the Manor Lower Level site of grace, where you'll hear some talking, then jump down a couple of wooden platforms on the walls to get where you have shown in this video. You'll hear some more talking, then you'll hear the guy talking sounds like something happens to him, then you go in the building and down the ladder to see his puppets just killed him, and you can loot his corpse.
