"The *NEW* Best STRENGTH WEAPON in Elden Ring?!" - Red Bear's Claw (Update 1.13) 

You should 100%! I’ve been messing around with all the fist and claws and martial arts, and I think this beast claw is the best in terms of having answers for certain problems that come with this weapon type. The L2 is an insane hyperarmor swipe attack that has 2 follow ups and combos on higher poise players. It literally reminds me of the rakshasa version of the beast claw. I still enjoy having the other beast claws as swaps because savage claws is incredible for multi hit attack boost and raging beast is a perfect lunging attack when you need to counter play your opponent. The moveset is sick, the r1 into nuetral jr2 or rr2 into savage claws has a beautiful frame trap like hits. So you have a hyperarmor trade, a multi hit attack that stuns, and a counter play maneuver to use when you need the element of surprise with raging beast. You really get a full fledged build. I’d go 80 str snd high endurance. Then you start w red bear claws, and swap to the other two ashes when needed. The regular beast claw is grease able so I like using rot or bleed when the build up is close, swap to the savage claws w blood grease and get that fat bleed proc. Ice pots are a must to further debuff your opponent. Have fun bro, lmk how it goes

@@illusion6477 thanks for the tips but I don’t go all optimized as soon as possible I do all my testing on a almost maxed level character with most weapons a lvl away from maxed so that if I like a build or maybe just the weapon I can use that build or weapon on a lower lvl build to have loads of fun re doing the game and the dlc. But when I see how much u wrote I might just go for it instantly.

@@Protoz-n2d that’s dope I never tried that b4, usually just make new builds on CE in like 15-20mins and have a new build to test out. But I like to stay in meta range so 139 or 150, lately tho 168 might be really active. I’d highly recommend you try out the build. I’ve been messing with everything in dlc and after a lot of testing I’ve found the most fun weapons for me are the fist weapons but pata is OP so I’ve been using the beast claws as the next best thing. Milady also has been another top performer for me, even powerstanced it has a lot of cool follow up attacks depending on the combo. Martial arts are cool and not completely terrible but against high poise your dmg output won’t match the trades, and I’m not a fan of the dryleaf wind art ash. Lmk how it goes

Star fists are probably still better as they just do ridiculous damage and have better stance damage :)

NG+ unfortunately and very far into it as well but just choose your preference for now and grab the other later
