The reposition and knockback every few shots is very similar to the new hero in BTD6 Rosalia, and considering the fact the brawler is released right after nk dropped Rosalia, it suggests that tds might have “borrowed” some ideas from BTD6 again, with the previous ones being trapper and pvp gamemode(btd battles). Despite this, it’s still a good tower in general imo, I haven’t used it yet but I feel like it’s gonna be great
Regarding early game wise, spamming level 0s is actually not a bad option and clears out waves somewhat reliably. Also level 2 is really efficient since it gets hd and the knockback ability comes in clutch in mant situations. Overall, this tower seems really good for early and mid - late game and can be really good damage support for the final wave.

Commander nerf can be counteracted. I’ll give you proof right here, RIGHT NOW. Suppose a tower has 1 damage and 1 firerate. With the old 55% firerate buff, it would have a firerate of 0.45, which means dps of 2.22222. If you use mercenary base and commander, the tower would have damage 1.2 and firerate 0.5, because of 20% damage buff and only 50% firerate buff. This gives the tower a dps of 2.4. This means that if you use mercenary base, the tower is even stronger than the old 55% buff.
super broken imo, maybe make him less cost efficient? like bro has twice the damage at level 0 than the warden. i hope they don’t nerf him like they did with sledger and warden that barely stun now
Brawler Pros: Cheapest Hardcore tower as of now (Only 1250 gems) Base level has insane CE (Although its range makes up for it) Knocks back Enemies every few hits making it a good support (2 second cooldown from what I remember) Infinitely stalls any boss that is too slow (As long as it can be affected by knockback and it's a singular target) Deals extra damage every 3 hits Reposition ability can deal AOE damage and stuns and is also useful for microing Brawler technically has infinite range due to the reposition ability Can deal is hidden and lead enemies Completely Immune to stuns Brawler Cons: Slow fire rate and small range on early levels Base attack sucks against crowds (Not including Reposition) Reposition has a hefty cooldown Placement limit of 10 (Although this does balance it from being overpowered)

Just hoping there are not a lot of crybabies wanting it to be nerfed XD. Seriously, kids keep complaining and got us to where the accel is now and the shotgun is now...the engineer is crap compared w-to what it should be for that many gems and folks are making vids on how much it has been buffed...it is NOT. So much crap!
So… can somebody tell me why they bothered to nerf commander? Because they then go on to make engineer BETTER than ACCELERATOR in EVERY SINGLE WAY! I thought engineer before the buff was perfectly balanced. It had partial stun immunity, could detect all enemies but didn’t specialize in it, could shred crowds, etc. It was a great option for a mid-late game tower, that also doubled as an early game tower. But now, it’s just straight up better than accelerator. Way better DPS, costs less, takes up less space, and just better in every way. And now we have an OP melee tower that completely destroys warden. I know nerfing commander was required because it was too OP, but I just can’t see the validity in that after this.
As big of an engi buff we got literally just happened because it can’t be buffed by consumables Accel with supports and the flags still beats engi with supports and flags dps by a good bit
