Interesting point on Ezekiel 11:23. After judgement was brought on Jerusalem, Gods presence left the temple and the city and stood on the mount of olives (mountain on east side of the city). In Matthew 23, Jesus proclaims Judgment on the religious leaders in the temple and then departs the temple and Jerusalem. In chapter 24, we find that Jesus then went and stood upon the mount of olives. The parallel is interesting to me.
