Here you can see the new distortion option. This allows to calculate distorted Symmetry Grids. The resulting grids would equal the grids of 3-Dimensional lattices with non-cubic elementary cells.
The program for calculating this is available as freeware. It does not require to be installed. You can just run it on Windows PCs. You can get the directly executable *.exe and the source code file (*.py) here: fractalforums.... (By the way, this is a really good forum about fractals)
I wanted to explore the shown fractal properly since quite a long time. But my old software has not been very efficient. But in the last week i learned how easy it is to program stuff in python and how easy it even becomes if ChatGPT helps with programming. ChatGPT and i did both probably 50 % of the coding work each.
