Boi it's been half a year and the high levels of play have been the same. The gadget are too week. They have long animations, lackluster impact... I'll just flank and shoot ya before you can push. Furthermore, the light class sustain and DPS is not even comparable to medium and heavy. My favorite weapon the sniper. Hasn't been touched at all. It is so bad: buggy animations not lighting up with they time you can actually shoot. Horrible DPS. Only viable way to use it is peek shooting as it takes 3 body shots to kill a medium. They only have to look at you and your dead. ~from a diamond players perspective. Not that that says much BC over like 20% of the games active population has it it.(I think the cut off point for Dimond is like 18k and growing) .
Name one fucking game where snipers have good DPS. They’re not supposed to, it’s entirely for burst damage at very long range. How about use an actually high DPS weapon and stop whining about a niche weapon on the internet.
Double heavy is already meta. When I run into the rank 1 team they are running Double heavy. My team runs Double heavy. Not saying light isn't viable its just not as consistently as good as heavy.
The devs are in a hard place where they need to cater for the casual bot players to actually bring in an audience aswell as catering to the high skilled cry baby players like yourself. A lot of this stuff isn't actually useless if you're trying to just have fun while playing. Certain gadgets compliment certain weapons and specialisations. I think you need to get a grip or indeed go play XDefiant. Jeeeeez

I get destroyed by light players every game, I consider his kit really annoying and while his gadgets are not really that good his weapons pay of with the amount of damage they deal. Consider this comment coming from a new player because all of my friends want to quit because they get destroyed by Light players
Play together as a team, train your aim a bit and it’s easy to compete against lights. The only annoying thing about light is the invis. But u can see them and also hear them. I know the sound in the game is pretty bad but you can hear an invis pretty good when he’s nearby. If you play with out a headset I highly recommend playing with one.
For certain things that the uploader does not mention. It can cancel cashout steals which is huge, or slow down a team trying to put a last minute cashout in. Obviously, there are far better choices now and light as a whole is pretty bad but it can still be put to good use in certain situations.
@@ItzAstroCat I would say for light you should probably be using Gateway, Glitch and frag. It's worth noting that the tracking dart is arguably the best gadget in the game but only in the final.
