The NEW Holley 5" Digital Dash for Sniper, Terminator X, & Holley EFI 

I wish they would add a dashboard editor to the desktop apps that you could create cool dashboards with.

What sucks is, this will work for the Atomic 2, but tech support told me I'll lose some of the Atomic 2 functions on the display, even though they run on the same firmware. 🤷

I got 1 of the blemished units off eBay and so far, I really like it. A few problems the boost channel doesn't show anything, it just stays at 0. And it seems you can't add custom channels to the display, which is weird because with the 3.5 I believe you can. Maybe a future firmware will fix this. I tried to update it to the SD contents on the website, but it won't let me remove what is currently on the SD card. So I have some tinkering to do yet.

holleys ganna sell a ton of these. people are struggling to afford the stuff they want. When they release options like this that the average 50-70k worker can afford. its a big win.

So the pro dash doesn't have a log trigger BUT the basic screens do... so odd. I'd even burn an input to have a physical log start/stop option!

Chevelle runs pretty good for what it is. Very nice actually Laguna Chevelle Laguna it was a big block issued 1974 or generation super sport S3 sweet car so great work keep up the good work thank you.

leave it to holley to use a non standard automotive connector that sticks straight out the back, and not give you the ability to configure the layout.

Question: when doing 12v electric installation, I get there’s a couple different types of products to use. The one thing I’ve noticed lately is guys using more of the pre wired solenoids with the pigtails over using the all-in-one leash board or even them Amazon cheap’y fuse/relay boards or fuse boxes.

Do they sell just the display and conector too the dominator if yes can you give me the part number ?

Man! They SHOULD have put the GPS terminal connecter down in the CANBUS connector end of the cable, so that you dont have 2 cables hanging out of the display. Fail

I bought one of those and my software has to be updated. Currently running V2, which update should I load?

Hey Joe, Can you display custom sensor such as trans temp on the display. Good to here that you can run a 3.5 dash at the same time so log on 3.5" and still read the gauages on the 5" dash going down the track. Never worked out how to display custom sensors on the 3.5" dash Thanks for the great info on the holley products.

Yeah I gonna keep saving up for a pro dash.

Joe so I wouldn’t need the 3.5 inch display to run wizard n such I can just get 5 inch? Just making sure plan on upgrading to sniper 2 this winter I had a nightmare with my sniper 1 lol. I just like thought of efi on my old car 👍

Joe, is their a separate CAN connect for the pro dash or is there only one? I need to run the wizard again because i going to get new injectors, i dont want to have to undo all my work when i end up getting them so i want to leave the handheld connected as well as the pro dash. Should i be looking at getting that CAN splitter cable? Thanks

So can you run both the 5” and a 3.5”? I have my 3.5 mounted and I’ve been putting off replacing my cluster. This would be nice as a cluster replace my while using the 3.5 for extra gauges

Can you run multiple of these dashes on one ECU ? For instance could you run 2, or even 3, with a Dominator? Or one of these along with the 12" Pro Dash? I know you can run the 3.5 alongside them. I was thinking either a 12" or this 5" for the main cluster display and another 5" for an auxiliary display somewhere else in the dash - like the middle or console area that you could keep another set of parameters displayed on.

I ordered the 553-200. Says sniper efi. Is this an older model? Will it work with the dominator?

I'm in the process of putting together my NA sbf 408W with an AOD/4r70w. Which system would you use the terminator x or sniper.

Is the an Odometer feature?

Does the speed get logged to the datalog? This is one channel that I really miss when tuning or rather reviewing Sniper Datalogs. I'm also interested in how well the triggered logging works. When I remember to log with the Sniper, I often forget that I have to manually stop the log before shutting the ignition off, or that log is lost. I've lost hours long datalogs that I wanted to review for long distance economy and transitional states. I assume that the triggered logging will also stop and save the log at key off?

Will it read boost instead of kpa. Ain't nobody got time to look up what a kpa is

5 inches is what some say, is the perfect size....

Is this just specifically for the Sniper series? Or can this be used for all the Holley ECU's across the board?

Question for all as I'm lost. Is terminatorX a newer version of the original Terminator? I have the Terminator Stealth system and as I sometimes do research for adjustments I notice everything is now Terminator X. Is it the same thing?

So can you reuse the spots for tach and speed, or is it locked to those?

I think the 7 inch display is perfect size for a street car. Jealous that the 7 inch screen doesn’t come with a GPS module

For it only being $100 dollars more than the shit 3.5” one, Holley’s cheap assh*les better start putting these in the efi kits… Especially for their wiring harness being complete shit… they can’t even route the wires in the right directions in their harnesses… Tps, and iac won’t even reach the throttle body on an ls2 with their own high ram intake lmao 😂 Next one I do, going to give FuelTech a shot, even though it’s about $650 more… if it’s a better fit and quantity, it’ll be way worth it… Well by the time you buy $170 coil harnesses that aren’t included, and 3 ICT billet extensions… not a $650 dollar difference anymore…

why cant they just wifi or blue tooth. edlbrock have a better idea with the android so you can use anything you want
