The New Longest Song on Monstercat // A Cookie From Space REACTION 

this is honestly the most hyped I’ve been for a monstercat song in a while

it was gonna be a 10/10, but then the bassy switch came and made it an 11/10 let’s be honest we all pulled that face when it came easy top 100 of the label for me, BO2022 material here. you know what? this is the best song released all year on label. so much variation, 100% deserving of its length. probably IM’s best work on label too.

From a hardcore IM fan, this is a certified banger. It'll probably end up in my top 15 or top 10 Very hopeful for IM25

Coming from probably one of the biggest Infected Mushroom fans on the planet... this track absolutely blew me away. I've been listening to the previews from shoddy show recordings for almost a year now and this still blew all my expectations out of the water. I knew that switchup at the end was coming but it still got me hahaha. Had this on repeat for the last week, easily my favorite release of the year. So so so looking forward to IM25, it's supposed to be 16 tracks long so keep your eyes and ears open 👀

Good to see there are still some people like infected mushroom who can take music seriously and still achieve such complex and profound melodic and rythmical masterpieces with innovative instrumentalization

Been a Goa Trance fan since 1994 in Tokyo. Goa Trance morphed into Psytrance over the years. Infected Mushroom are their own thing. Of Goa origins, but they follow their own path. Cookie From Space being Bliss & Infected Mushroom, you know it had to be good,

A really great track. Still think Ani Mevushal and Bliss on Mushrooms are better, BUT A Cookie From Space is growing on me listen after listen. And I love the last minute, these vibes with the guitar, holy shit. Really looking forward to IM25

I love this music drop, reminds me something tribal and combines with the outer space theme form the song.

First impression for me: the weakest collab from them, but that does NOT mean it was bad. Just like Bliss on Mushrooms and Ani Mevushal, this was a HUGE journey. Some parts for me went too long, but that midtempo/halftime section was really refreshing. This will definitely be a BO2022 contender this year for LOTS of people.

Infected Mushroom isn't afraid of doing long songs and I love it. They're like the a modern Pink Floyd imo.

the longest song i know (on/off label) from an artist that’s been on monstercat is a Cyazon track that comes in at 13 minutes 🤯
