I agree with you, Kirstie. Bad Special Effects in Movies certainly do spoil the experience for just about anyone who is watching the movie. This sorta reminds me of how unfortunate it was that the original director of a movie called “Artificial Intelligence” (or maybe the film was called “AI”) died during the production of that film and Steven Spielberg assumed director role over the rest of the film and the whole tone of the film was suddenly re-routed and altered during all scenes beyond the portion of the movie that was being directed by the original guy. But one of the very biggest let-downs, I feel, was “Creepshow 3”! That movie ____ing ____ed! Speaking of “Mutants”…I would sure love you to do a Reaction Video on Dr. Magneto’s “Brotherhood Of Mutants” from those “X-Men” movies. . Of course, there was ONE 100% Deaf person I know who is kind and still does watch your RU-vid Videos and she says that your Auto-Captions are actually quite accurate for Auto-Captions and wonders how you get them so accurate, for MANY RU-vid channels do NOT have as nice of Auto-Captions as yours does. That was a complement, by-the-way. :-) After watching this Video, she wrote to me in an E-Mail Message that she had no idea that you have a Scottish accent and that although she knew that you are from Scotland, she didn’t wish to jump to conclusions that your living in Scotland 100% guarantees that you would have a Scottish accent. Anyways, she then went on to write that she’s sure you have a very lovely accent and would have loved to hear it, but what’s most important is WHAT you say, NOT how you pronounce what you’re saying. She would also love if you could describe to her as best you can what your opinion of how your voice sounds like is, but in terms of when you playback recordings of yourself, such as watching your own Videos. Like, for example, my Voice is very Nasally and I have a general New England accent. She would love for you to describe to her what your voice sounds like, by your opinion. So, just to clarify, she’s not talking about the phenomenon of hearing your own voice and feeling its vibration as you speak; rather, she’s talking about if you were to hear your voice during a playback of one of your Videos or a recording of any kind, how would you describe what your voice sounds like? She says that she doesn’t doubt for a second that you probably have a very wonderful voice and is certain she would have loved to have gotten to hear what it might sound like. :-) Although she communicates through Sign Language (but I don’t know any), we can communicate via E-Mailing and Texting. She also uses Aim & Point “Speech-To-Text Transcription” Apps on her Android Cell Phone so that she can READ on her Cell Phone what people are saying to her, but they need to speak very, very clearly and very, very firmly so that the Auto-Captioning can accurately represent what was said. And then she types out her reply and many times she types the phrase, “Slower Please”. Whenever I speak into that App or I am aware that a Video I’m appearing in will go up onto RU-vid and the channel the Video would be added to utilizes Auto-Generated Captions, I make my voice sound crystal clear and speak at a somewhat louder volume than normal and pronounce e-ver-ee-thing verrrrrry cleeeerly, and that’s exactly how I speak into those Speech Recognition Apps, yet I admit to exaggerating too much and trying TOO hard to speak clearly, which can ALSO throw off the accuracy of Auto-Caps too, by-the-way. It’s so weird, if one doesn’t speak clearly enough, the Auto-Caps mess up but yet if they overdo it with the speaking clearly, they’ll also mess up as well. But with Auto-Captions, I guess it isn’t necessarily speaking more slowly that boosts the accuracy but, rather, it’s getting the speech into a perfect Rhythm & Flow and establishing a perfect pattern. Like you said in the Video, it’s all about RHYTHM of speech, and maybe that’s why your Auto-Captions are so good and at the same time the Auto-Captions are always so mean to me but a lot kinder to you. My friend firmly believes that you are VERY close to being error-free and it’s so close she can practically taste it. RU-vid’s New & Improved Auto-Generator of Captions-which RU-vid set into place here in October of 2020-is A LOT better and it has a new trick where whenever it takes in speech from somebody with an accent that it doesn’t recognize as well (such as Irish/Scottish), if the speaker slows down slightly and gets their speech into a perfect Rhythm & Flow and pattern it just right, the speaker’s words won’t be misrepresented because of their accent. Roughly 90% of the time, the protections set into place within the brand new Auto-Generating system has blocked accent-related errors in your Auto-Captions, but my friend and I are brainstorming what could be done about the remaining 10%. Perhaps the answer to that one is “Give It Some More Time,” for maybe by the year, 2030, that remaining 10% would be resolved, aye? Maybe a bit sooner, such as 2025? Who knows… . As usual, the final paragraph of my Comment will be dedicated to a list of places in the Video where my friend got a bit confused. This paragraph serves as irrefutable proof that my friend is still watching your RU-vid channel. Her 100% friends, not so much, but they’re definitely in need of a massive attitude adjustment, as they certainly acted very snarky with me just the other week simply because I have an intact sense of hearing. For one thing, they were proud of the fact that they made me feel bad; I at least know that whenever I make people feel bad, I feel bad too and I never feel proud of the fact that I made somebody feel bad. At least ONE of my friend’s friends is a free-spirit person who doesn’t let people push her around and SHE (along with my friend as well) have decided for themselves that they like you, your channel, and your content. She said that all-and-all the Auto-Captions for this Video weren’t too bad and most of the places she got stuck in were all within the first ½ of the Video. . Places Where My Friend And Her Friend Got Stuck Whilst Watching This Video: My friend mentioned in her E-Mail to me that she wonders what you meant at roughly 15-To-20 Seconds into this Video when you said, “As with mother reviews, personal bias welcome into ueba.” My friend says that she wonders what type of Movie Review a “Mother Review” is and also wonders what the expression, “Personal Bias Welcome Into Ueba” that you had used means. And she also asks you what an “Ueba” is. At roughly 1 Minute & 10 Seconds into the Video, when you said, “A Horror Film with fantasy ailments underlying,” did you mean that the film was ailing, as in it was not doing very well in the reviews? At roughly 1 Minute & 50 Seconds, when you said, “These two elements, regardless of which one was meant to become in primary or secondary or prime region or it felt like they just didn’t quite gel.” Did you mean “Prime Region” as in the primary region that the film was screening in or was available for viewing in the theaters in? My friend doesn’t know what you meant when you said, “I’m surprised that I’ve not seen more people kick up us think about it. Also, it makes audiences less likely to listen to her, even if she is speaking since later in the film” (at roughly 4 Minutes & 10 Seconds in). My friend doesn’t know what the expression, “Kick Up Us Think” means and she also asked, “She speaks since WHEN” and “Think About WHAT. What is it that it’s making them think about”. My friend is also unsure about what the expression, “What Happened Sam’s” means, which you uttered at roughly 4 Minutes & 50 Seconds into the Video. “What Happened To Sam’s WHAT?” my friend wrote. Regarding at roughly 8 Minutes & 50 Seconds in, when you said, “and you want to give it a bash, bar and but, I’m tired of seeing,” she wonders what you meant when you said, “Bar & But” and is unsure about what the expression, “Bar & But” means and you are “Tired Of Seeing” WHAT. My friend and I both commend you on how accurate you’ve been getting your Auto-Captions to form these days and honestly feel that there’s truly nothing else you can do to make them form any more accurately than they are at this point because, again, “Trying Too Hard” to speak very clearly can and does, in fact, decrease their accuracy as well. My friend and I would say at this point to just simply allow technology plenty of time to finally work out the rest of the kinks in the system but, in the meantime, continue doing those “Caption Videos” in your other Social Medias and keep the nice quality RU-vid Videos coming. :-)

Enjoyed watching it and so agree to your opinion to it because the actors are amazing but the editing and being in development for three years is really bad and they should have been sorted out and made the storyline a lot better

Cool to find out you do reviews (just found your channel). It's of course a lot more analytical and calm than your more casual vids (which I also love lol), but it's a nice different side of you. Also dig the suit, hoping you wear it in all reviews

The trailer looked more horror than it was but felt more like dr who scares that kind of level I really enjoyed it but felt more like a teen character development and felt more like the kitty iceman and rogue scene in xmen that kind of teen style or cw shows Also there was one scene I thought anya was amazing was when she had to face the white face men and she was crying and shaking and everything that was true talent the cast were good would love a tv show with same cast I agree it did feel a bit rushed or skip I didn't like maise Williams voice preferred her voice in got etc It was low budget and stuff they filmed got cut out and they were planning on filming other stuff

All the actors are brilliant and yes I totally agree that an actor can do so much but the set, editing etc can really ruin a movie like new mutants was ruined by bad editing and also it was in development hell for 3 years so you know it’s gonna be terrible.

I was expecting something energetic intriguing and exciting since the cutie Anya was in it.But it was so terribly boring.
