@@tplayadasavage Don’t read the comments before watching videos like this. Of course people will want to mention the outcome and talk about what they’ve watched.
@@BlastHeart96 I apologize if my approach wasn't ideal. I just wanted to share a heads-up about potential spoilers. I just suffer from seizures sometimes my vision is blurry sometimes is not right then it wasn't, , Thank you.
@@DebraSummer-cu3ko I mean it is television. They have entertainment to maintain and a runtime to meet. Maybe I’m naive, but I do allow some suspension of disbelief that it is truly random.
TIP!!! 1Please stop saying No whammys! You're gonna get a whammy! Just manifest the things on the board that you do want!! Watch the magic come your way!!! 🎉
Come on Terell you can do it you got this I got faith in you we're all with you everyone at home is with you let's build this bank back up go for it I love Press Your Luck it's one of my favorite TV shows I watch it everytime on TV Elizabeth Banks is so beautiful pretty fabulous and lovely i love her beautiful outfit
This was my 1st time watching the newer version, and I never knew there was a newer version. This is considerably better than Whammy when they first revived it. What I didn't like from the original show was that Round 1 meant almost nothing since the cash was so low. Of course, stuff was cheaper in the 80's. Seems like people win more now. The issue I had here was that whammies put Spins you are suppose to take in the Earn column...doesn't make much sense to me. The second round seems more exciting than the original version. I can see why there is another season because it actually seems cool.
The fourth square on the top never has a Whammy. It’s always a large dollar amount. It’s the same square that always had a large dollar amount and a spin in the original Whammy, when Michael Larson won $110,000+
I’m pretty sure that’s why in this version she says that if he wins 500,000 they’re just gonna automatically bump it up to 1 million and he’ll win the game so you can’t keep going like Michael did before you could keep going as long as you didn’t get a whammy but they end this one at $1 million
Was this filmed in the Bay area? Seems as if all contestants are in close proximity with Fresno being the furthest or maybe I'm wrong. I wanna play!!!!! Used to love this show as a kid
This is the 1st time watching the newer show. (I never knew there was a newer version.) I like the higher stakes more and the classic feel, but when it comes to the spins you have to take, don't you have to take them all in the original version regardless if you got a Whammy or not? That is kind of weird.
I appreciated that this iteration of PYL returns back to the classic look and feel, it still has an issue. It's goes on for way too long. It's an hour long show (with ads) with a lot of "fluff" in between that breaks the rhythm that the original show had. The original show (and most all game shows) lasted 30 mins, that had a good pace and bulling up the climax, but on this show, it way too slow. They constantly stop to hear what random family member has to say which happens far too often. The newer version of Card Sharks has the same exact problem. Snooze fest. I do like all the new animations when contestants hit a whammy. That is choice
Today these players are after high stakes and big bucks but they’ll have to avoid the whammy as they play the most exciting game of there lives from television city in Hollywood it’s time to press your luck
She’s awesome at this show!!!! She loves what she does! If this is the “mother of all your questions” , I Tiink it’s time to get some goals and hobbies 😮
@@jenniesez7449 maybe your hearing aid is more powerful than mine or maybe you sit inches away from the TV. Her voice doesn't carry over the noise the audience makes.
LOL, I don't have hearing aids and I sit about 15 ft from the tv. My husband who is extremely hard of hearing, does where hearing aids and he prefers the tv louder than I do (I'm a volume 12, he's a volume 16, we settle on 14). To be fair, your hearing changes, even after you get hearing aids. My sister has problems with low notes, her husband with high notes, LOL, it's really fun to watch tv with them. I remember with my Mom that she had to see her audiologist periodically to have the hearing aids reset (not replaced) to make them work at their optimum. Also the shape of the room can impact how you hear. To be honest, we usually have the closed captions on, even though we are not aware of reading them, I suspect we do.
