For those who haven't finished it, it must seem like a bunch of random nonsense. I can imagine someone who hasn't played all the way through being entertained without being completely spoiled. Aventurine's luck seems like the universe is playing a prank on him. Like, his luck assures his survival/success, but _only_ his own. Like if a building collapsed on him and someone he loves, it would save him by having the beam crush his friend instead. Hence why he's both virtually unkillable and also always alone; he can't trust his good fortune to protect anyone besides himself, and in fact it's more likely that it would actually manipulate events to _hurt_ his comrades in order to keep him alive. (Narratively, at least. In gameplay, his shields go brrrr.)

Guys, a question. What's your opinion on Acheron and Welt's conversation in this quest? A lot of people seem to be confused and lost, and are kinda pissed off about it since most of us don't really know HI3 lore. I kinda enjoyed it. I mean, it was still really confusing, but we get just a smidget of Welt's background and we get his opinion on his experience in his life. We don't really get that from his time on Xianzhou, and is probably the only time where he talked about himself. I don't know. What about you guys?

That thing of Welt mentioning a man from his homeland tried to link everyone in dreams? He's referencing Kevin Kaslana and Project Stigma, specifically in the Project Stigma of Honkai Impact 3rd. In that story arc, to try to make humanity survive the end of the world from the Honkai and Finality, he executed what is considered to be the "worst option" in defense against Honkai, that being, "Project Stigma", which aimed to trap all of humanity in dreams that satisfies their desire, while at the same time, replacing humans on Earth with Stigmata. He of course failed, because of Kiana, Raiden Mei, and Bronya, and a ton of 4th wall breaking plot armor, defeating Kevin. Based on what Acheron says in the Penacony arc, it's theorized she is Raiden Mei from a universe where Kiana died, and a universe where who we know as Acheron, in solo, killed Kevin. If in her world, Kevin killed Kiana, it makes sense Raiden Mei would go berserk against Kevin to his death. Kiana was Raiden Mei's only light in her life when Mei tried to kill herself. Kiana refused to let her die, and stopped her from falling of a rooftop intentionally. If you need lore info why Raiden Mei tried to kill herself prior to the events of the game HI3rd, I dunno how to explain it in words, you'll have to look it up, I'm sorry

This quest didn't hit hard as Cody Rhodes finishing the story at Wrestlemania 40. That's something I was in tears for kets.
