ive done popped 360 flips no longboards, kick flipped stair sets. roof gaps. hand rails. ipeaked before long board companys wanted unique skaters. every major longboard company saw me doing stair sets and hand rails on a longboard and called me a goon. god i wish i skated in the andy anderson generation of acceptance.

Riders Republic is not a "skate game" and not "new". RR was around for a while now and it's an Extreme sport game that has a lot more than a skateboards and longboards.

Once you get the hang of Session. It’s the best skate simulator ever. You’ll do a simple grind and then spend 20 minutes getting the camera angles right and it looks so good.

I have been all over this game with the skateboarding and BMX. I switch my controls up a bit to make it more comfortable for me. (Steep controls) But it's awesome to see you playing it.

I have been waiting for a longboarding game! I always wanted a free roam for longboarding where you can do whatever and then hop on your board whenever, type deal. Also kind of like GTA where you can go crazy fast and whatever, but like how driving normally feels relaxing in GTA, I wanted cruising to have that effect.

When I saw riders republic on the shelf when I used to work at Walmart, I always thought it was just a BMX game and it wouldn’t be that good looking or feeling. I basically thought it would be just another BMX/ATV game but Riders Republic does look seriously fun. If I had known about the skateboarding earlier, I may have actually picked this game up

You should Give Session Simulator a try! so fun only takes a few hours to get the controls down! Sweet Upload as always.

Session is by far the best Skate sim out there. The way they translated the movement to controller inputs is incredible

@@dreckel6572 I’d have to agree. I was very skeptical last year when I played the free demo, then I ended up doing some research and was still skeptical til I just pulled the trigger, started messing with the custom controls/settings and my god, buttery.

Since this game has longboarding i thought I should bring up a guy who made RU-vid videos doing longboarding named Josh Neuman. Unfortunately tho in February 2022 he was in a plane crash in Iceland that landed in a lake and he as well as the other people aboard didn't survive.

The downhill skate community has been anticipating a game and there are a couple in development but I don't know about this. Riders republic isn't a great platform. It may have a lot of activities but the physics and controls are so simple. I hope there will be a more interactive downhill skateboarding game soon.
