Here, using my polish dough recipe, I made a contemporary style pizza. The difference with this style is the use of semolina flour while stretching, the highly hydrated dough, the pronounced crust, the complete cooking of the dough, and of course the scissors to cut the pizza. i use the roccbox pizza oven. its at 800 F and bakes for 2-3 minutes
