With a strung balance of 320mm, it would probably have an unstrung balance around 310mm, meaning 10-11pt head-light, which is quite head-light as you say. Regarding discrepancies in measured weight and SW to the indicated specs, you would need to know the weight of the string used by Tecnifibre compared to your set-up. Your racket may be perfectly on spec unstrung.

I think it's fair to say that only racquets you Spec Check are worth considering for purchase and if you don't spec check a racquet, it's because it's not worth considering ... that's at least my conclusion from this channel and appreciate. Caveat Emptor.
