We made some BIG (but really smaller as needed) upgrades to the hay collecting equipment. We picked up the TM220 for some smaller, more nimble in field work. Thank you to Holt and Ted Mallard with American Equipment Services for the great, new loader. The hay fields can't wait

Watched your videos on setting up your rebalring operation........We have only been rebaling on a small scale for about 4 years...mostly supply TSC and other stores in our area...... We started out with The T's round bale conveyors 5070 NH and a bale bandit..... converted over to an inline MF/ bale baron this spring...... We load directly out the Baron into the trailer..... One tractor drives a Marcrest hydralic ...power unit, baler and tables..... output is about 300 bales per hour 36- 21 bale bundles per trailer.....

We have a JCB TM 320, excellent versatile machine. More farmers should try them.

I’d advocate for it after a couple weeks of use. Great little machine

The new loader looks like it’s gonna work out real good. Unloading the bails into the barn looks like a pain in the back-side. I think the unloaded will be a good investment. Stay safe

It is slower than we like because of the extra care to stay low, but a roof is a roof!

Ive put big squares away 5 high I can see where if you put numbers or letters on the rafters that might help you where you last were. Can relate

If the quick attach system on the small wheel loader is the same as a big skid steer that would work great with traditional skid steer attachments like a post hole digger or the new brush/tree mulching mowers.

I know this video is a couple weeks old but I was watching Toni fast ag and has a stacker that he pulls behind his bailer and you ever thought of using one of those or does it not fit into your operation?

Voluptuous not a word I would associate with hay that is unless you were in a hay loft with Hey young lady. Lol

haha yes, I suppose that is more of a carnal word than hay can offer

@9:41 I seen you guys have three planters! Wondering if you guys run all three of them and if you do custom work
@FarmingInsider
@FarmingInsider Год назад
We actually have 5 lol. Yep we run a lot of them through custom ground. We could probably get by with 1 on our own grain acres

Going to be handling about 75k large squares next year. Which is faster/ more efficient pertaining to open field truck loading? Also which rides smoother at speed in the field?
@FarmingInsider
@FarmingInsider 3 месяца назад
That is an intimidating amount of hay to get through lol Open field truck loading I believe the tm220 has an edge with great visibility on both sides. I can’t say one rides better than the other, both are a good ride
@brodylong4777
@brodylong4777 3 месяца назад
@FarmingInsider it's actually corn stalk bales, believe it or not... Yes, it is intimidating. I haven't scaled like that before. It has to be done in a span of about 2 months. Loading/handling seems to be my biggest logistical problem currently. Any other words of wisdom? You seem to be the best resource I can find on the subject.... Thanks for the response
