Hi Terry no problem mate, I’m using a 20000 vari pump turn down to about 65% around 6000 through 1 and 5000 through the other one without the shower, so 6000 should be fine I clean out every other day but if feeding a lot every day with the water change what I’m taking out with the flushes from the tempests, Your bakki shower may not have enough media in it for the good bacteria to build up mine are full with home media, I get ammonia now and again then I slow down on the feeding for a few days to let the media catch up, hope this helps and you get on top of it mate 👍

hi many thanks danny i will turn mine up a bit to about 6500 just to cover the head hight . i am running about 4000lt at the moment over three very full trays of home media. 10 30 to 45 cm koi feeding saki . but only about 80 grams a day
