I remember first seeing the OG Kickstarter for The Wandrd PRVKE and thinking, "Wow, they really thought of everything..." So the fact that we're now at almost six years later and they're still thinking of new things to add to this bag is awesome. It really is the pursuit of perfection. The question is, did they finally really think of everything?

Thanks, I was keep searching 41L on youtube since its announcement. I also have 31L, was using it with my BMPCC4k setup. Since I upgraded to 6k Pro with viewfinder I realize I need a deeper space and Wandrd did it :). Thanks for the comparison.

Thanks for watching! Yeah you should be good to go even with the 6K pro. One of the few bags to fit the extra wide body style of blackmagic pocket cams.

Read some of the comments pertaining to the interior colour which many would welcome more contrasting colours than black so one can easily find and see the stored stuffs. Unfortunately seems till now (after 3 years!!), they are not hearing it and make the improvements.

This bag looks like a dream, I have the 21L, was able to fit much more than advertised. EOS R BMPCC 6k pro 35mm Rf Canon 24-70 f2.8 Canon 16-35 f2.8 Sigma 18-35 f1.8 (attached to 6k pro) 24-105 f4 (attached to EOSR with adapter) Rode videomic Case to hold SD cards Samsung SSD t5 MagicRig ssd mount MagicRig top handle (attached to 6kpro) I wouldn't pack like this for flying though haha. So I should probably look at the newer versioned 31L or this 41L I really love Wandrd, they really have passion with their products. SUBBED!

I just took delivery of a 41, and I'm delighted with it. It is a big bag, and I was worried that it would be HUGE and impractical as a result. The reality is it's deeper than the 31, allowing me to pack the full-size DSLR I have, with grip, with no problem but otherwise it's the same dimensions as the 31. I can get all four of the lenses I commonly carry with room to spare, and my tripod, lappy etc. Of course having all that space facilitates the option to carry a lot of weight. The straps and padding make the pack very comfortable, however, even when fully loaded. As others have mentioned, and this is the only criticism I have so far, is that the black interior makes small stuff difficult to find. I took the bright, fluorescent yellow camera cell from my old pack and use that as the top section. Having the bright interior makes all the difference. Outside of that one niggle, the bag is great. Not had a quick-access panel on any of the other bags I've had. That feature is great. The big pocket on the other side, along with the convenient strap, holds my tripod very securely. Time will tell if it holds up under the abuse it will take, but having used it a few times over the weekend, I'm very happy with it on a first impression basis. I should add that, especially with the deep camera cube, it ain't cheap, but shop around. There are some good deals out there.

CORRECTION! Just seeing that the new PRVKE LITE actually do indeed have matching interiors to their exterior colours. Unfortunately the 41 only comes in black right now, but if you go with the smaller size LITE you can get the Gobi Tan interior I dreamt of. Still would be cool to have the option available for the camera cubes though.

Finally some1 who spots the real problem with the dark interior cube color. It's a total dealbreaker for me. I sold my 31L directly for that reason. I mean, this is so stupid... I had to use a flash light to see the gear inside... hahaha. Nvm, nice review man, ty.

I have honestly thought of DIY bleaching the interior of the camera cube to make it lighter, but Im not sure if it will just make it ugly and patchy lol Out of anything else about this backpack - the interior color of the cubes is where they could have had much more fun!

There are so many spare panels supplied with it, at least on the cube I have, that using one as a tester would probably be a good trial. I never would have thought of bleaching the material. I'll give that a go. Thanks for the idea.

Have to take my hat off to whom ever made the black dye in the material, but had it sitting in undiluted household bleach for 24 hours, and it made no difference at all. Still black as the ace of spades. 🙁. I think plan b is try and line it with a brighter material.

Would I be able to use the side access with a Canon 5D Mark IV with a grip and attached lens standing up? Really not sure if it’s worth getting the 41L just for that reason but I haven’t decided.

Hey great review! I also bought the 41 liter, but with the extra depth of the bag, it kind of made me feel like it pulls me back, compared to the 31 liter model. I certainly love the depth for taking camera gear in and out, but for me, the cons outweighed the pros just a little bit. I’m still in the fence. Do you feel the pulling back or is it just me?

Thanks for watching! Maybe the straps are a little too loose. Or depending on height and weight it might just simply be a little too big. For me I typically have my laptop in there so that keeps a lot of weight closest to my back. Maybe that’s helping.

Thanks for the helpful review - if you take the camera cube out, is it possible to squash the depth of the bag down a bit or are the sides pretty rigid? It looked like it doesn't taper towards the top as much as the 31L so it seems a lot bulkier but would be interested to know if that is true even when it isn't full ?

You can definitely squash it down a bit. The rigidity you see there comes from the pro camera cube that goes all the way up to the top. In terms of “squashiness”, the exterior materials are the same so it would be able to be a bit thinner if you need it. In fact when you receive it in the box it’s actually squashed all the way flat.

@@JonathanJacobsMakesVideos Thanks for the speedy response. That's good news. I often use a wheeled pelicase for airport trips for my gear and want to take the Prvke with me as handluggage, so I can transfer my kit into when I am on location or trekking. So sounds like that might work.

Oh I’m pretty short bro. Both my wife and I are about 5’7” for reference. It’s definitely a big bag, I primarily use this either for transporting a bunch of gear to a shoot and especially for travelling. But personally when we’re travelling I pack the Wandrd Veer in my PRVKE so I can have something nice and small to carry lightweight setups. Thanks for watching!
