I agree. And why not mix the black and white sesame seeds together to sprinkle on since they are both used on the same loaf. Too much repetition of the same step.

ok lets see I'm making it right now so its 5 and a half cups flour plus 2 tbl spoons flour they don't say what kind of flour so I'll use 1 and a half cups and 2 tblspoons bread flour and the rest self rising flour 1 sec ok 7 oz oil is almost a cup right but she put no where near almost cup oil in in there i put 5 oz oil in. I had to put it in a bowl and add 200 more ml of water i put it back in the bag only half because it needs to rise it was hard dough with only 400 ml so it needs remeasuring of ingredients bump the water to 600 ml its in a warm spot check towel over it check you can see how the video was clipped because the dough was weter then she continued to squish it in the bag like that is all she was doing measurement red flag. its my guess the dough was removed mixed and put into another bag timer 40 minutes im curious to see what happens in the bag lolies. ok the bag is useless do it in a bowl add 500 ml of water . there is no way that was mixed in the bag I'm calling this a scam so to speak. Oh well it was a good run haha.

I'm not sure if the length of the video has some kind of advantage, but not to me. Having the flour in a bowl that is then individually spooned into a bag taking up so much time drives me nuts. No offense to this video creator, there are many videos out there that do the same thing by dragging things out. I have limited time, and I wanted to see the process, but ended up skipping chunks so I could get the info I needed. I doubt it was the owners intention to create such a slow environment that people skip pieces, or the whole video.

Me too about the spoonfulls, but also using all that water. You must be sponsored and have all expenses paid for. Just need a third if all that water you used. Takes electricity or gas to make water boil and to cook too.
What's the trick? That's how you make bread, mix it in a bag, dish, bucket or on a table it doesn't matter, let it rise, knock it back, let it rise, shape it, cook it. The salad making is just time consumption.

Тесту для хлеба дают 3 раза подняться (прописная истина). Надеюсь все 3 раза пакет меняла? А иначе же никак, нынче то в большой миске МОВИТОН тесто ставить. Вы ещё в сливном бачке тесто замесите, а в унитазе масло калёное. Пользуйтесь, благодарить не надо.
