Hans definitely has a better chance of being WCC than Levy does becoming a GM. I mean, for Hans to become WCC only like 20 people have to die and suddenly he's in the mix. For Levy to become a GM, basically every GM would have to die so that Levy is now one of the best players left in the world and can finally get his ELO above 2550 and get his norms.

@@michaelblankenau6598 right. 0 evidence. You know when you make claims with no points you are just flailing and conceding to most people reading. reply to some of my points. Do you think it is acceptable for the website not to take action on people they deem 98.9% probable of cheating? And why don't you give me an example of a 1% probability if you consider my points of OTB performance ratings = to 0%. Because like I said, you arguing on the internet to do nothing makes only yourself look just as suspicious. For example I'm already assuming you're breaking the terms of service of the website everyday by using more than one account. Your public comments alone give me a 90% probability on that one. lmao...

Allowances can be made for Rock Star Chess Players. St Louis needs to lighten up. Hans brings attention to any tournament he plays in. The fans want to see Hans play in these tournaments. I'd like to see more players with Han's temperament.

One other point. In Hans' video, he expressed great appreciation toward Rex and Jeanne, while bashing "the management" (in particular Tony Rich and Joy Brey). While that might technically be a legitimate distinction, it's not going to work out for him. If you're bashing Rex's employees, he'll perceive that as bashing him.

Some of the "activities" that Joy INSISTS the GMs, and others, do while at, and before, the tournament are absolutely ridiculous. They seem to me to be more of a reason to justify her position than anything else. If I was a GM and invited there, I would refuse, too. Chess is NOT about these auxiliary activities and the insistence by STLCC to do them is worse than petty. Regardless, I will not support any venue that bans anyone, especially the biggest rising star in chessdom.

So let me get this straight. He was "shadow" banned for the year 2023. He "breaks a hotel chair, painting and couch" worth probably $300 total and this potential up and comer that clearly takes chess seriously is banned from the US chess championship?? I wonder how many things Bobby Fischer broke?? I wonder how serious he took chess..hmm. Let the best players play St. Louis. We as fans hear about broken lamps and feed off that energy. Let that man play.

Why would I want to provide facilities and events to someone who filed a frivolous lawsuit against me? Hans needs to learn how to be civil if he wants others to associate with him. One could argue that Hans's behavior is worse for the USCF than his not being allowed to play.
