While I can see you saying the nfc is extremely competitive, I disagree with the extremely wide-open take . Yes there is a lot of good teams, but I really don’t see any team outside of Philly /49ers / lions representing the nfc . Green Bay is solid but very young and everyone remembers Daks rookie year he’s next year wasn’t as good and this happens more than people think , it’s unlikely love and shroud (I know shroud is in the afc) both have breakout seasons and while I see love, establishing himself more I don’t see him taking down one of of those teams in the playoffs. The AFC is what is extremely wide-open open. Chiefs , bills , ravens , Texans , bengals. No one would be shocked if any of those teams had a great season and made it all the way. that’s not even considering other dark courses in the AFC like the jags if Lawrence finally plays like he just got payed to . In all in the afc I believe it’s a 5 man race and in the nfc I believe it’s a 3

you forgot the team with the best quarterback in the NFC, the only recent superbowl champ QB in the NFC, a team that was supposed to tank for Caleb Williams last year. The Rams lost by 1 point to the lions and Stafford is the most talented and proven QB in the NFC. The loss of aaron donald hurts but drafting turner, young, fiske and getting monster jared verse should help. Also dont forget the best head coach in the NFC sean mcvay, and the best WR duo in the NFL puka and kupp with the 2nd best fantasy back Kyren Williams. (and a newly improved O line and secondary!) I think Seattle could be a dark horse NFC contender this year. I wouldn't be shocked if they end up winning the West, especially if SF catches the injury bug again.

I think the NFC has had stronger teams than the AFC for a while now. If your a team that wins the NFC, chances are your road to get there was a lot harder than the team that takes the AFC.

One gripe I had about the packers section of this list is that it was said that there is no depth at Corner behind Jaire, well if you knew the team, you would know that 7th round pick Carrington Valentine had a bit of a breakout on the team last season, and well as the packers getting what many NFL players saw as steal of the draft in Kalen King as a 7th round pick (he had 1st round pick hype at one point, and fell to the 7th, but rd 1 hype doesn’t just happen)

Barring major injuries to key players, I think I'd expect the Lions to be the team to win the NFC. SF is likely going to have a superbowl hangover. McCaffery won't be quite as effective and George Kittle has lost a lot of weight after post season surgery. They'll still be good, but their best chance to win it all was last year...and they did not. I also expect Philadelphia to be pissed off and right back in the thick of things.

It's gonna be an interesting year, that's for sure. I think we can win 12 games, but how well will we do in the playoffs? Can we avoid the 49ers for once?

As a 49ers fan... I'm worried ! Yes,I love them until the day I die but last year I'm the playoffs; we didn't beat Detroit or Green Bay. Detroit and Green Bay beat themselves ! I do agree because I thought last year was our year due to age and contracts. Unfortunately we're getting a little long in certain positions. Mix that with some " questionable " draft/free agent signings, and you have room for concern. I still think we'll win double digits but it won't be the same without guys like Huff or Greenlaw ready to ball. Either way it's going to be a great football year all around and I can't wait !

I think Seattle isn’t getting enough respect. Sure superbowl is a bit of a high expectation but there’s stars all over that team and they’ve had a good offseason. Carrolls outdated defensive schemes were really the biggest problem with this team other than the interior d line which Byron Murphy should help with. I think 11 wins isn’t a crazy prediction

The Packers will win the SB this year. Ppl see them as a contender, but to don’t think they will actually do it cause they are “young.” Even tho the Lions young too. I pick the Packers because I think it’s a toss up who has the best offense in the NFC between the Packers and 9ers. I got the Lions 3rd in offense. The Packers might have the deepest WR room. They definitely have the deepest RB room. Then their o-line and the Lions o-line are a toss up for the best. Then I think the Packers have a really good defense this year. I’ve never understood why they stuck with the 3-4 so long. I’ve always felt like their players fit a 4-3 scheme way better. Not to mention Barry was terrible at putting his players in positions to make plays. I personally don’t think the Packers outside corners are bad at all. I think they’re really good on the outside. The slot is the weak spot in that corner room. That’s why I like the Bullard pick. Very versatile. He played slot corner before they moved him to safety. You even can move McKinney in the slot in a pinch. I love the Hafley hire. I get it college coach, but the NFL is taking new tricks and plays out of the college game every year. He has experience against that. Then just all of his players love him. Look up some stuff ex players have said about him like Richard Sherman and other. Also I think the Packers are more of a man team on the back end, and personally I just love press man. It takes away so many routes. This Packers team really will shock some. I already got my money on em for the Super Bowl.

Coaching failed the roster last year, but combined with the stellar draft and offseason that addressed all of their roster needs, combined with the hiring of Moore and Fangio, the Eagles have a real shot to get back on track and make a deep playoff run🦅
