@@GregKuper2009 Any team can win on any given day! The Bears are for real! Remember the second half of last season? They are just continuing where they left off!
The Bears O line deserves most of the credit. The entire team played disciplined football only committing 2 penalties for 10 yards. But the O line is improving every week along with Williams. They are going to humble the Washington football team who won't score more than 10 points against the Bear defense. Jayden Daniels favors throwing to his right and will be easy prey for a healthy Bears secondary. The Bear offense will be scoring 6 and more TD's a game and will hang 50 points on the Patriots. Bear Down!
It’s gotten better, at least, but it’s still so inconsistent. They’ll have elite reps followed by straight up numbskull plays. Watch The QB School video on this game. Progress, but still problematic
Caleb is a Pure Quaterback. He KNOWS the position and its responsibilities. He plays the position like it's second nature/6th sense to him with methodical processes and common sense.
I honestly get embarrassed when Bears fans talk like this. 90% of Bears vs Packers games since ive been alive have been embarrassing (Bears fan) since i was born 91'. Lets at least beat them before we start talking shit
I agree. Some of the other creators just go on and on. It’s almost like they don’t know your audience. If we are watching your video, we have got the basic concepts down at the very least
4-2 is great but we beat the jags, panthers, rams and titans. let's not get ahead of ourselves 😂 too many years of getting beaten down I try to stay grounded. but this is the most hope I've had in ages.
Great break down. The key is balance. Once the running game works everything else follows. Unfortunately we won't know who the Bears are until we play our own conference.
I mean a few of those clip breakdowns are interesting, the zone read was interesting, DE is clearly eying the QB Caleb is just more athletic and caught the DE flat footed. The spot post was more of a great throw on a defender covering grass, the spot was wide open early and actually should’ve been the initial read. But he’s clearly progressing week to week my only concern is the bears 4 wins are opponents that are combined like 4-16 or something crazy. Not taking anything away, good wins but once the level of competition is better, especially on defense will say a lot about his progress throughout the season
As a 50 year old USC fan who has been watching football for 40 years, I can tell you this guy is the best College football player I have ever seen and you will eat those words in the coming weeks, months and years.
As a Bears fan nearly 5 decades I can tell that these aren't the regular old Bears who would have lost games because of lousy offensive play and mental mistakes. Those teams would be sitting at 2-4 or 1-5 right now and fans would be looking to trade players ala Ryan Pace, give away draft capital and picks in the upcoming draft. This team will stay in games and have a QB who can lead them to 4th quarter wins. This season is just the beginning.
Caleb the best rookie QB by far. Dude is a real quarterback running a complex NFL offense, going through all 4 reads and changing protections at the line. Shit, Sam Darnold ain't start doing that til this year LOLLLL and JD is a running back.
JD is a rine passer, tho he is almost always taking his first read which might come back to haunt him later but let's not be so dismissive of his production. Both rooks look great.
Aren’t all the wins against teams that have only 1 win though? Yeah Williams has shown improvement, but again, these teams are not that good. The Bears O line struggled against the Colts and Texans, the two teams with more than 1 win.
Bad teams or not, he is throwing in tight coverage with accuracy and splitting the zone defenses downfield. In 3 years , Fields never done that. He just runs if his primary receiver isn't open by 5 yards or once in a while throw to his secondary in the flats for a small gain.
@@joeiborowski9763 correct. But, the Bears are 4-2 because of those weak teams they beat. We have to see how good the O-line plays against a good team and protects Williams.
The Bears have beaten the Bengals, Rams, Panthers, and Jaguars. None of them have winning records. But it's good for a rookie QB to develop their skills against weak opponents. Let's see how they do against the other teams in the NFC North, all of whom currently have winning records.
not Bengals, it was Titans, and I totally agree with you. They lost to the mediocre Colts. I know Williams is getting better (even against bad teams) so I think the Commanders will be a good test to see where he's at against good teams. We got 2 possibly easy games after that then the last 8 will be hell.
Took Bradshaw a few years to get his act together.. issue is todays fans want instant gratification and have zero patience.. He will do great and sorry he will have a few learning bumps on the way, and that is OK!
as a bears fan i feel we need to chill out with him yet..... the bears played dirt bad teams... lets see what happens against the division.. if the bears win 8 games then we know they are the best if they go 4 and 4 then also great means they are sub par to the others in the divsion. but anything less... idk.. lets see the bears play a good team and then talk.. as of right now yes they are doing good.. but look at the teams they beat.. i think we are in for disappointment. but i hope not
Jaden Daniels is a Baller but my bears are gonna walk into their trap and take over their trap. Bears win 41-17 commanders offense doesn’t score more than 20 points.
Been a bears fan my whole life die hard so im very happy. But lets be fair here, the last two games we are praising him over have been a couple of the worst teams in the league. Affer these games im excited to see how he really does against some real competitors.
OK.. I see your point… Do realize though, we’re talking about Jacksonville’s defense.. not terribly hard to beat. I do think that Caleb is improving but I don’t think that either the last couple games were that challenging for him. I wonder how successful he’ll be when he runs into a real defense. I’m 70 years old and a lifetime Bears fan. Th majority of my “fandom” has been spent hoping that “ this new quarterback” will be the one.. In, my humble opinion, we haven’t had one since McMahon. at this point, it doesn’t take much to make me happy with a talented rookie quarterback… I will be ecstatic if we can beat Green Bay convincingly twice this season… I mean like really stomp them.. win by two or three touchdowns… I’ll be screaming from the rooftops if we can pull that off…
They will have to figure out how to stop him from making those great throws and figure out how to stop the ZIP in his throws, oh and also how to stop him from putting his throw where only the bears can catch them, Good luck with that,
I love the Bears. Ever since 1988. Was a season ticket holder for the last 2 years of Wanny and 1st year of Juron. But let's pump the breaker just a little bit. Please
you can pump the brakes all you want, just move over to the slow lane. The rest of us gonna enjoy this show while we can. God knows it's been long overdue.
Bro , seriously I wish yall relax the Bears literally just played the two worst teams in the league back to back Let's see if all this gas light energy is still bere come December 1st
That’s valid. But they still haven’t given up more than 21 points in 12 weeks. Obviously that bleeds into last season. They led the league in INTs last season. So far this year they’ve 3rd in takeaways overall. They also have the longest active home game win streak. If you count the London game this past weekend it’s at 9. If you don’t, it’s at 8. Obviously that bleeds into last season as well. My point is, the Bears started this last season and are simply picking up where they left off, but with a better team. Carr, Herbert, Burrow, and the latest 500 yard thrower Kirk Cousins all played Carolina and none of them threw for 300 yards. The only thing Chicago can do is play the teams on their schedule. Because the fact is if they were 2-4, folks would be saying “Yall can’t beat those teams??” It’s a lose lose. Lol
