Dont remember what region it was but there was an inhouse league or something similar where pro players and people they knew played higher skill games than pubs with each other. One game w33haa played Meepo and the lobby had cheats enabled. W33haa was the only one that knew that and he used -refresh command while farming jungle with meepo. People were wondering how the hell W33haa had such a fast blink dagger and watched the replay. Some thought W33haa was meming and others thought he was a dick for doing it. And now everyone knows w33fresh.

Basically the enemy picking the heroes they(Sing stack) already picked so it gets banned. I don't think they actually sniped because Sing stack has been playing a lot against these guys so they most likely know Kira likes playing CK so they tried to "snipe" it. It either gets banned or the WD player takes the CK and let someone else play WD.

@@misimeon Yea, since CK is a popular pick now with how strong he is and Kira is also a CK player.

"Sniping" means watching the opponent streamer's live stream in order to gain unfair advantage, usually valuable intel like enemy position and minimap (which should otherwise be hidden by fog of war). In this case, "snipe ban" means sniping the pick/ban phase, and banning the streamer's team's preferred pick/s. At 0:15 you can see that kira wanted to pick CK, but was immediately banned by the enemy team afterwards.
